I brought my computer in to A+ Computers because my fan on my tower computer was making noise. Isabel was not able to re-produce the problem. She did a diagnostic on the fans and also on the hard drive. She said that nothing was wrong with the hard drive and that I didn't need to get a new one. To make a long story short, my computer no longer made noise after I brought it to her and when I brought it back home. I later determined that there was something was getting in the way of the fan. When I packed up the computer and brought it over to A+ Computers, I guess that debris dislodged itself and that's why she wasn't able to re-produce the problem. So, in the end she didn't charge me anything--not for the diagnostic tests that she ran for several hours. She simply said, "There's no charge." I know many other computer repair shops would have at least charged me something even if they couldn't fix my problem. Kudos to her for her honesty and integrity.

I am glad I have found a trustworthy computer person I can go to.

UPDATE: I've gone back two more times to get my computer upgraded and hard drive repaired. I stand by my five star review. Isabel was thorough in every aspect of the jobs she did for me. I'm glad I found a reliable...

After about 5 or 6 Years of having my Mac Book Pro.
