I am pretty honest about reviews and I am giving this restaurant only 2 stars as this is now the 2nd time I have had an order incorrect. Today (a Saturday afternoon) we went in for lunch. Sat down and waited awhile to take our drink order and the other person I was with was away from the table so I asked the waiter to wait a minute. Upon returning he took our order which consisted of a soda, an ice tea, a Dragon Roll wrap and a Buttermilk Ranch Crunch Wrap (my wrap I asked no pico only). The drinks (ice tea delivered and the waiter didnât ask if they needed any sweetener) and the meals came out on-top of each other. The Tuna was great but my wrap had no avocado and it had the pico on it that I had asked to eliminate. If I had an allergy I would of been in trouble and the only reason I looked was because I remembered the menu stated that there was avocado and I didnât see any on the wrap. We had to flag the waiter who had returned less than a minute after delivering our food including a side of ranch as we sent him away because I didnât even have my hands on the wrap yet to inform him the order was incorrect. Now I am waiting for my food and the other person I was with was 3/4 of the way done eating when the right sandwich arrived.. Point of having lunch out is to eat together. I will say that they did make the meal right but it was just ok. Avocado was partially brown, a lot of sweet bbq sauce and the cheese was all on one side and not melted. The potato tots were fresh and crunchy.again this is the second order that was just ok and you think that the waiter would taken some off the bill.(we did get an apology). We had to also flag him for the bill, take home container and he was at the bar a lot right by our table. I understand itâs hard when the restaurant is busy but when You are asked if you want another ice tea after your meals complete (I was never asked) and the other persons still eating is also not correct. I did watch the other tables and I could see that they received...
Read moreI ordered a Rueben on NY Rye. What came out was a sandwich that was huge with thick bread. NY Rye is not white, puffy, 1" thick bread. Swiss cheese is not a flat cheese single with no holes. Pastrami and corned beef are sliced- not chipped. Russian dressing is not mayonnaise. We were genuinely surprised to find that when I removed the bread that there was less than 2 oz. of meat, and none was corned beef, and the pastrrami was apparently left over shavings because it was chipped and mixed in with the cole slaw like hash. Seriously a dissapointing experience. I called the manager over, an unpleasant and unaoplogetic man with a bad attitude who failed on every customer service level. He didn't aplologize for the sandwich not matching the menu description or for the experience. When I asked for it to be redone he said he would have to charge US FOR A SECOND SANDWICH. ( spoke with the owner and he later told me there was 7 ounces of meat or supppsed to be).
When I asked to talk to the owner he refused to give us contact information or reveal his (manager's) name. An entirely negative experience for me. I had been 2 other times and had good experiences- never ate in the bar before - but won't be back at all to patronize this place ever again. If the owners feel this is their best rep, there are many other places we're happy to patronize that are honest- well intentioned- and serve what they advertise, with an eye on the patron being happy. It would have cost nothing to remake the sandwich. At the end of it all, despite not eating it, and complaining, it was...
Read moreMy pervious visit to this establishment I was having a disagreement privately. My waitresses name was Nicole. Blonde hair and tall. I never had any problems with my service here previously from this point on.
I am a local photographer in the area and have enjoyed coming to this location for years. I mean enjoy the food⊠until now.
My experience on 8/28 was not the same. I had an entirely different waitress. The waitress Nicole came up to me when I was seated with the same man. And said âYour names Tom right? Congratulations on the engagementâ when I felt embarrassed and looked to stand up for myself in front of this woman she ran away from me. I explained everything to the other waitress who was actually waiting on us, she said NOTHING. I paid OUR bill and crumpled up the receipt and left.
Imagine being in public outside at this restaurant and having a waitress congratulate you on an engagement with no ring on your finger in front of multiple people outside. You can imagine how I felt. Rings donât mean everything. Thanks for embarrassing me in...
