Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience, we bought two times two King mattresses, both are uncomfortable, we can’t sleep. First mattress cost us around $1200 and 3 weeks to deliver, we slept 3 nights and we couldn't do it anymore. We went to the store and they told us that any exchange is only after 21 days of delivery. So after 21 days without sleep in my bed we went back there and they charged us 10% restock fee plus taxes and we lost over $250 us with an exchange. After making the exchange and choosing a new expansive king mattress, we paid over $2200 difference, so and they told us, if we were not satisfied with a second one they would charge us 20% more return fees (no more exchanges). And unfortunately that happened, king mattress hybrid over $2900 and not comfortable, after 21 days we asked for a return and they charged us more than $600 fees. So we lost more than $800 in 3 months and they offered us no alternative, we left the store dissatisfied, and we are already over 3 months without sleeping on a comfortable mattress. So we decided to go to Macy's where we buy a cheaper king mattress, more comfortable, free Box, free delivery and free set up for $1250, same time to delivery about 3 weeks.

So after all that I do not recommend Mattres Firm anymore, and be careful before closing a deal with them. the delivery and return rates are absurd, the customer service is not a big...

Can't recommend. Our saleman Brandon sold us on a $250 "adustable base" which would allow us to raise and lower our heads when watching TV at the click of a button. These "bases" replace not only the box spring, but also the cross rails and center support feet. Unfortunately for us, the salesman didn't mention that there are many different height options which ultimately control the height of your mattress relative to the bed frame it sits in. When the mattress and base arrived today and our box spring was replaced with a "base", we found the mattress sits too low in the frame. The receipt clearly states "no returns on bases", which leads me to believe there is a lot of buyer's remorse for reasons such as this. So for now, our mattress sits low in the bed frame while we look for alternatives on the same day I receive my mattress. *Warning: Your mattress might not be at the appropriate height if you buy a random "base". * Height matters. I wish we knew this before we walked...

You get what you pay for at sleepy's. Free delivery = very poor delivery. We were given a window for delivery of which they showed up early for and my dad who is handicapped was driving down the street to meet them at the house and stopped the truck as they were pulling out of the street. The driver proceeds to tell him that he can't turn around and deliver the mattress because he was leaving now- even though they were not in the window of time they gave to us. We called them immediately after my dad called us and told us what happened. They did not care and basically said too bad. On principal, we will never shop or recommend Sleepy's to anyone. If you are reading this reconsider shopping at sleepy's they don't care about their customers and have no respect for your time. We went elsewhere where they matched price and even did a little better for us, and the customer service was so much better. Trust this review, anywhere is better then sleepy's to...
