My sons and I went into Lebeda's for western boots to wear to my father's funeral. He was a cowboy and he would be pleased. Instead of it being an unpleasant experience, as it could well have been, it was a positive and memorable experience.
We were helped by John, who was so friendly and extremely knowledge about the inventory and what sizes and fit would work best for each of us. I have an issue with my right foot, which made my boots a bit uncomfortable because of the pressure they were putting on a sensitive area of my foot. The next size up was too big. So, we waiting for around 15 minutes, while John stretched the boots. They were perfect when he finished with them!
I thought my sons (20 and 15) would agree to do it for their Poppy, but not actually find it all that enjoyable. Boots just aren't their style. They are more sweats and sneakers. Little did I know. They loved the entire experience and they actually plan to continue wearing their boots.

Read moreBest birthday gift I gave myself yesterday. I had a great conversation with John while he fitted me and helped me try on the MANY pairs of boots I fell in-love with. I finally bought 1 pair but the more I think about it, the more I have the need to go back and get the black cherry boots (John knows which ones I’m taking about) that I had to leave only because I was afraid I wouldn’t be a good caretaker to them… since I never had a pair of black cherry boots… but they are soooo beautiful! Anyway, I bought the black Star boots and they look and feel so amazing. I can’t wait to go dancing on them! John was ready for me, he knew exactly what I was looking for and I didn’t have to spend hours (as I usually do when getting shoes). Lastly, they also have silver rings by the register, so yes, I bought 2 and I can’t wait to wear them to work on Monday. Needless to say, I am surely going back. Highly...
Read moreWhat an amazing place. My first pair of boots, not purchased from my local shoe store. I was in both awe and shock to find not only one pair but 3 pair of very different, beautiful and comfortable boots. For the first time it did not feel like I was wearing wooden shoes. I have arthritis in my feet and all shoes are uncomfortable, until now. The business is owned and run by two brothers. Both are well versed in their product and fit you with a pair that meets your needs. Prices are within reason of what you expect to pay. I will be returning. Btw..your GPS knows the destination dont question it as you drive through a very glamorous neighborhood. Its nestled at the end of a dead end...
