XtremeTECH Pro — Attraction in Fairfield

Deeply disappointing experience. I brought in a phone with a shattered screen and was told it would be ready in 3–4 days.

Five days passed with no update. I called and was told it should be ready the next day and that they’d call me. They didn’t. After the weekend, I called again and was informed they had ordered the wrong part and hadn’t yet ordered the correct one.

I expressed my frustration and asked for better communication going forward. The employee became rude and defensive, saying she was new and “had nothing to do with it.” She talked over me during the conversation but eventually agreed to call me once the part was ordered.

She never called.

Two weeks after I first dropped off the phone - and ten days after the initial estimate said it would be ready - I finally got a call saying it was dine. This was the first time they reached out to me unprompted.

When I picked it up, it was repaired, but there was no apology, no explanation, just a flat quote of the original price. They also returned it with 1% battery - not a big deal by itself, but sort of symbolic of the whole experience.

I’ve had better, faster, and cheaper repairs done at kiosks in the Solano Town Center mall. I regret not going there instead.

I won’t be back, and I strongly recommend considering other options if you need phone repairs...

I needed to get my PS5 HDMI port fixed because my toddler knocked it over (in the middle of a $100 madden game might I add). I called and explained that I was going out of town the next morning and needed it done the same day and Claudia said exactly, “don’t trip I’ll squeeze you in today if you get it to me in the next hour.” She definitely delivered I picked it up right before close. I expected to get charged a grip but it was comparable and cheaper than others I called who couldn’t get it done the same day. Thanks XtremeTECH...

Over the years we have had several laptops and of course not really being computer savvy, we would just go and purchase another after taking to other computer service centers. Xtreme Tech Pro is by far the best service received to date. I brought them two laptops with over 13-14 years old. From the young lady at the counter to the gentleman I spoke over phone- Tremendous service, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I now know where to come....
