Had shirts made here for a birthday party, had nothing but issues with the sizing of shirts,nothing but issues with the quality of ink that was used to print my shirts, my daughter's shirt faded after being worn once, was told that the size that you wear at home should be the size to order, well apparently NOT because everyones shirt went down to their knees, i approached TOMMY, supposedly the business owner or part owner or whatever the deal is, TOMMY refused to give me a refund, TOMMY actually said to me that he could wipe his (Ass) with the $160 that i spent on the shirts, if thats the case then why refuse to give my money back (apparently you dont stand behind your product) what you are actually doing is taking peoples hard earned money to pay the rent on the so called shirt store that you claim to stand behind, all i wanted was a descent product for what i payed for, apparently it cant be considered descent, you should be ashamed for doing what you are doing, i will never go back, also i will let anyone that needs shirts printed to go elsewhere. Tommy food for thought sometimes you have to take care of your customers in order for your customers to pay for the space that you rent your putting bad quality out...

I highly recommend Custom Threads/Cartel Clothing on Pearl St. in Fall River, MA. I simply called and explained my idea for some custom shirts that I wanted and Lisa did the rest. We talked via phone or email as needed/applicable. I could pay over the phone or via an emailed link to PayPal. I paid half up front and the balance at pick up. The pricing was very reasonable, better than their competitors in my experience, and it was all super convenient. Lisa was kind and easy to work with and nailed it with the first proofs. The shirts were ready about a week earlier than anticipated. The standard 2 week turn around time is already fantastic but they beat it. The shirts came out absolutely perfect. I couldn't be happier and I won't go anywhere else for my custom clothing...

We have ordered from Mass Cartel twice and their craftsmanship and customer service is top notch! Our shirts get complimented all the time to the point our customers asked us to please make our shirts available for them to purchase! I have used a few local to us t-shirt companies in the past but none gave the experience we had with Mass Cartel. Thank you Tommy and your whole team for the outstanding work you all do!
