Stockman's Casino — Attraction in Fallon

Today my father, son n I went in for lunch it was the worst service I've ever experienced. I will never ever pay to eat at this place ever again. I witnessed a server cough on 3 plates of food n then serve them. The supervisor named Kathy was the most horrible person I've ever met. She did nothing to great customers or help, she actually did nothing, but stand around n snap at staff. The male host was the rudest host ive ever seen just tossed menus in the center of the tables in walked off no drinks no greeting or talking at all. The only thing i can say that was good was the food. But it does not matter if you have amazing food if your front end has ZERO SKILL Set or professionalism. I have no idea how this cafe will ever stay alive with the current staff. Best of luck.....i wouldn't recommend your cafe to anyone at the current moment. Just a quick note if you plan to eat here make sure you have 2 hours of free time. That's how long it took. I had to go and get our toast, drinks and check. Kinda feel our meal n everyone else's should have been free. I use to love eating here. I don't know what has happened but i pray you all find...

Because my 1st review was very bias and based on my personal experience as a line cook, all I can say is, this is a special kind of special place. I've lived in Fallon for 27 years. This establishment used to be run much more efficiently. It has seemed to have lost that. The passion behind this place and what it used to stand for as a nice family resort and casino has changed dramatically and I wish I could say for the better. At the moment there are the right bar tenders to see. There is excellent servers, but what bothers me most is the punishment that the workers in the kitchen and other departments endure. Their menu has changed for the not so best and lacks passion. Why would you get rid of your best burger? So sometimes you just shouldn't fix what's broken. I see a great Stockmans team...

Tried to go in for lunch. Place was not busy. It’s hard to give it a 1 star because I never made it to a table. Waited to be seated, there was a couple in front of me that had been waited and also commented on when they may get seated. I continued to wait, was approached by 2 different waitresses and told they’ll be right with me as I watched them do everything but seat me. I could understand if it was busy. But it was not. Irritated, I turned around and left. On my way out there was a worker hosing down the front entrance. He mentioned to me that I had only been in there a short time and why I was leaving.
