Never will I ever do business with FedEx office again, or ship with them for that matter.
After placing an expensive print order on their site for store pickup, their site timed out while the images loaded. They never sent a confirmation. Ever. I placed the order again. When I picked it up, the order had been double printed and double billed. When I complained to the manager, he said that "we don't do customer service. Take it up with FedEx."
After confirming that the order was never confirmed, I returned to the store. Not wanting to waste an hour on the phone listening to prompts, I tried to return the printed matter, with proof of their error. A young man leaning against the wall said the same thing the manager said. "Take it up with FedEx. We don't do customer service." When I pointed out that the sign on the door said FedEx, he shrugged while still leaning against the wall. "Yeah but we don't do customer service."
After spending the dreaded hour on the phone, with more line transfers than I've ever experienced, I finally explained what had happened to the lady on the phone. "Okay. I have to get the office to approve the refund. It will take a couple of days." Three weeks later, no refund. No follow up. I'm not going to waste the time or emotion to go through this again.
The printed material was to promote our new mail-order bakery, where our shipping needs will be substantial. UPS for life. Never will...

But she kept on dealing with customers in the line and completely ignored me. NEXT TIME YOU’RE IN THE SAME SITUATION, CALL YOUR STORE MNGR and ASK FOR SOME ASSISTANCE!! Then she walked all the way straight down and next thing I know store manager comes to me telling me to leave the building. OMG!! 1) your store full of incompetent workers is no damn building. It’s a store. 2) Do you know what another store would have done? Since your incompetent RUDE worker is unable to multitask, you should help me out first. Why don’t you make sure you train your ppl properly. SHE WAS IGNORING ME THE WHOLE TIME! Bet you she was discriminating me because I’m Asian. Listen, I am never going back to your DYSFUNCTIONAL STORE. Why can’t the manager act like he’s a supervisor? What he does do is listen to his RUDE EMPLOYEE and believe everything she says. No FedEx Supervisor acts like that. Oh that’s right! You straight up told me that you are so scared of Your Supervisor, so you are kicking me out.
When I came in 3 days ago, there were at least five people working. Was having problem with the Printer. And nobody comes to help. Warning. Go to a different FedEx. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING...
Read moreI appreciate this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. The location and hours are very convenient. Plenty of parking most times during the day (weekends and evenings are busier). I want to send extra praise to Tonisha. She is very helpful and courteous. The shop does need to get more machines for print jobs. There are only two machines, and when one is out of order there is a wait. The FedEx employees will do their best to help you with your print jobs and minimize wait time. I especially love the high quality paper available at this shop. The printer/copiers are very easy to use, however they only support Microsoft Word and PDF formats. If you need another type of file printed you have to logon to the workstations at the rear of the shop. The workstations charge by the minute, so it's best to have your documents easily accessible via a thumb drive or email. You can also send your print jobs to the shop and pick it up later. I wish there was a little more desk space for sorting through and organizing my print jobs. Overall I am happy with this shop and will continue to visit this location for my printing needs....
