C'est La Vie — Attraction in Farmington Hills

I love the clothes at the Orchard lake location and I always buy something every other week. However, today will be the last time purchasing anything from this location. I purchased an item and I returned it the very next day with a receipt. The manager was so rude and treated me as if I didn't have a receipt and got upset when I didn't want the skirt. As I was browsing through the store because she said I had to use store credit, even after I provided her my receipt, she began to talk loudly about me to her coworkers and other customers in the store. When she realized that heard what she was saying, she hurried herself to the back of the store. I will NEVER purchase anything from this location again and I will make sure my friends, who also frequent this location will not either. The manager is only nice if your spending your money but don't you dare bring any item back because then her true colors will come out! I do appreciate that her staff apologized for her...

I love this store and have shopped it many years , the clothes are extraordinary. The sales ladies are very pleasant as well and there is a blond lady that is there that is very sweet. BUT, there is a woman there with dark hair not African American, short in stature who just has no personality at all. she is best suited for the back office. She comes off pretentious, unfriendly and abrasive. I have read several comments and they all point to her. She just doesn't know how to interact with people. Even if you call in on the phone and get her she is short and matter of fact. In this economy and with all the choices available no one has to go in there and spend their money. Her demeanour needs and upgrade. I had a phone encounter with her recently and it made me not want to go back...

I been shopping with this company over 25yr I have never experience nothing like this I was going to buy this beautiful blouses for a Christmas party this week. Doing the process I ask the lady there. could she stream the blouses for me I was told no due to them being busy in it was only 3 people in the store.in other employees was there walking around like youngoing steal something. Help me understand how you was so busy. I was still asking could she please ! steam the blouses. She say no can you come back tomorrow I told her no! I don't leave in the area. So I said to her in she was the manager . You would rather like me work out the door.in lose a sale .She just smile in said she couldn't do it.
