I took my daughter to Claire’s to get her ears pierced for her birthday. This has been the worst experience ever we chose the hello Kitty earrings she got her ears pierced on August 31 and literally like four days later the earring broke went back they re-pierced her ear got home that same day the other side soon as she walked out, the car broke inside her ear, call customer service and no one reached back out from customer service at the corporate office then pick her up from school today and the earring has broke again. I called back to Claire’s corporate office and now he’s like oh we sent you an email, sir I’m going through my email. I have not received the email from you guys. I have notifications on the front of my phone. The only thing I get from y’all on the daily basis is advertisement sales on top of sales so I have not received a email well because it says that we sent you an email then you just have to wait and somebody call you from customer support , OK why can’t you transfer me to customer support because the way it works is because they say you got an email we can’t verify it, sir would you need me to screenshot it and send it to you because I didn’t get an email experience and it was not to get her ears pierced so yes I am highly upset. I ordered one product online and after waiting hours after the store opened I reached out to the store to see what the issue was.
