I went to food lion on 3308 Bragg Blvd Fayetteville, NC 28302. WORST customer service ever. My cashier Leza had extremely bad customer service. She caught an attitude when I asked why shop and earn didn’t come off. I was trying to ask her questions and she completely ignored. She called over a manger and the manager wasn’t any better. She stated” we don’t put them on or take them off, so I don’t know what to tell you”. I was trying to show her the balance on my phone but she walked and told the cashier to call someone else because she didn’t even know how her own account worked. How professional was that. I told the cashier to put my items back. I went to the store in Westwood shopping center ( 5 mins later)and had NO problem. It instantly came off. I simply had asked if somebody was going to come to the cash register soon, since I've been standing there for a few minutes. She became obnoxiously loud and attracted other customers' attention. Peak hour is 5 o clock to whenever, always 2 or 3 registers, Express lane has people with carts full of stuff so not Express, but what gets me is when lines are back into the aisle, ther will be a young Male manager sitting back with arms crossed just watching instead of opening a register to help get the rush over, last time i had to ask why it was like that, he got frustrated and said fine I'll open a register since people are mad, I wasn't mad, I really wanted to know the method to his madness if ther was any.
