If I could give this place 25 stars I would. 5 full stars for the lanes, 5 full stars for the mozzarella sticks, 5 full stars for shock top, 5 full stars for the professional bowling dudes who stare me down and judge me with all of their might for not scoring 200+, and 5 full stars for Rhonda. The bowling cafe here is where the real SPORT takes place - in 5 minutes they can whip up more mozz sticks and personal pan pizzas than NWA could consume collectively in 5 days. It's (frankly) unreal service and genuinely better food than I've had at other bowling alleys. If I had the time, I'd leave reviews filled to the brim with libel and slander towards all other bowling alleys in the nation. Thank you Ozark Bowling Lanes. I don't even like bowling, and I keep coming back. I'll be back this evening. If Rhona isn't working at the cafe I'll survive, but if she's there I'll thrive and there's a high chance I score 300 for the first time this evening. My high score is 140 at the moment, average game is like 95. When Rhonda is around to take my order (the usual - 20 mozzarella sticks and a pitcher of shock top) my average game is like 130. If you're not going here consistently, there's no excuse. You're not making time to bowl. Consider cutting out exercise, time with family or friends, or do what I did and just drop out of school and commit. This is the place you need...
Read moreWorkers were extremely rude. Two older men were working Friday February 21st and we called to ask a question. In the middle of the question he hung up on us so we called back and asked why he hung up and all he replied with was “ we are busy what do you need” in a very rude tone. We continue to go in and the guy that answered the phone was very rude when we were asking about rock n bowl. We waited 20 minutes then went to go get a lane but decided we were gonna try and talk to someone else about how the guy was acting. The guy we talked to was also extremely rude. Would not make eye contact and kept replying with “i don’t know what to tell you we are busy.” “ you try working since 5” the first guy jumped in and started raising his voice at me and the other female with me. They both had a horrible attitude and refused to apologize or anything. We ended up leaving and not even wasting our money on someone who has horrible customer service. Will be contacting higher people to make sure these guys don’t treat any other paying customers the same....
Read moreWe had our 6 year oldest birthday party there yesterday and had a wonderful experience! The lanes were bright, the balls and shoes seemed newer (definitely clean!), and they placed us down by the arcade, so when the kids were tired of bowling, we were able to transition to the arcade very easily. The party package we chose included 2 hours of lane time, 2 large pizzas, 2 pitchers of soda, and a bowling pin for the birthday girl. For a bowling alley, the pizza was better than I expected! All in all, our final bill was right at $200 and we walked away with the cake and gifts only. I would 10/10 recommend Ozark Lanes for a birthday party and will be going back with the family for...
