Wow target! What have you done to your systems. Seems like I'm spending more time at customer service than I am doing my shopping in store. So my experience since they've upgraded to 360circle whatever it is. Last week I went to target shopped in store and spent hour in store shopping get to register and target circle coupons don't stack with promotions, digital coupons don't stack with target circle coupons it's either or and neither stack with store promotions. I say to self ok they've got to work through bugs in new system update sure ok. I go yesterday and shop in store bout hour and half I'm doing the spend 25 get 5$ gift card deal. Get to register and nothing prompts for gift card. Lady cones over to assist confirms everything I have qualified for promotions. She sends me to customer service. Lady does everything she can to get it to prompt gift card. 30 min later manager cones over and says oh you can't have digital coupons so unclip the coupons still it doesn't work she says we can't issue gift cards anymore you have to go through the new 360 circle app and contact them for any issues for now on. Ok so I had to do this last week and yesterday contacting them about issues. It is time consuming and nobody has time in their life's for all this mess target has created with their new system. All this being said ive spent hours in target and walked out with nothing both times since theyve updated. Target this new system is bad. It's not working. Fix it. Why change something that was working fine to begin with. You have waisted my time and gas. And i will not be going back!!! Also another thing I almost forgot to mention. When you do buy something in target the math does not add up right. After I pay and get my receipt it seems as if I've paid more than I should evrytime I have ever shopped at target. If I'm paying for example an extra 10 to 50 cents on each receipt and can't figure out what charged me more math does not lie and adding my tax and still can't figure it out. Now I know a few cents more is not alot but if this happening to everyone that shops there how much money do you think target it making off people charging a few cents from everyone. Thats alot of money. Just expressing my experience that I have been having at target and just pay attention to your receipts. Make sure everything rings up right. And Goodluck target. I will NOT be shopping there anymore. I feel like I'm...
Read moreWhen I first arrived I was told that they didn’t accept Cat & Jack returns unless they were NWT or damaged . I couldn’t return outgrown clothes. The lady proceeded to do the return only bc the first 2 items were new , but then came Alawanda or who ever she is asked why was she doing a cat and jack return for me she should’ve shoved the clothes in my face and said we don’t do returns unless it’s a defective item. I remained calmed and insisted on not saying anything however another customer came in and this lady told her no we don’t do cat and jack returns it ain’t new and you don’t have a receipt I stepped in to say that’s absolutely wrong Targets returns policy for cat and jack says you have 1 year to return all cat and jack for any reason. The customer service lady called me out and said why you don’t mind your own damn business that’s not our policy and shut up. I proceeded with my return and when I was finished I stated to the lady that I would report her for her bad behavior with customers she said she didn’t care and I could report her to corporate if I wanted to but that what I needed to do was to SHUT THE HELL UP. She was screaming this at me while I walked away and said that I would report her for harassment and racism. I will NOT shop at this target ever again nor will I recommend people here. Luckily I found other Target employees who heard me out and were super nice in the matter stating that they would solve this issue and they confirmed in fact Target does do Cat and Jack returns 1 yr policy and any reason for returns as long as within the 1 year of purchase. Target needs to get rid of people that don’t have customers service skills in specialty this lady who was HIGHLY RUDE & has 0 manners. BE AWARE WITH THIS LADY. She will straight up tell you let’s take this matter outside. I should’ve called the police at this point bc at this point it was just more...
Read moreMy wife and I live in Seattle and we were buying a wedding gift through the Target registry for our granddaughter in North Carolina. We ordered the item through the registry system, which worked well, but after that everything was downhill. We ordered the item from the Fayetteville, NC Target, so that the future bride's mother, our daughter, could pick it up there. The mother had called the store asking if she could pick up the item the Tuesday after the Memorial Day holiday. The clerk she spoke to said that was fine. But on Saturday I got an email saying that the item had to be picked up by Saturday. Let me note here that the pickup period is much too short for a wedding registry given the sorts of complications present in this situation where people are coming from all across the country. We alerted our daughter who once again called the store. She spoke to a different clerk who most unhelpfully said it was impossible to change the pickup date. My daughter asked to speak to a manager. The clerk hung up. In the meantime, I had discovered that one can extend the pickup time on the registry site. So did the second clerk not know about this, or is this person just really poor at customer service? In either case, the clerk's behavior is inexcusable. Target afterward sent me a customer satisfaction survey. I completed it giving two stars, attempted to submit it, and it just disappeared. I have never been a big fan of Target and rarely shop there. My wife and I discussed alternate ways to purchase the item and get it to the wedding. In the end, we mistakenly concluded it would be easier just to get it through Target. Nothing in this experience has improved my assessment of Target,...
