Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Fayetteville

The first time I went to The Habit Burger Grill, I was excited. I love a good burger. I always saw people lined up at the one in Fayetteville, NC when I would go to Target. The customer service I received on the first visit was great but, I ordered 2 burgers, 1 onion ring and 1 order of sweet potato fries. When I got home which is a 40-minute ride away, I had one burger instead of 2. The 2nd time I returned several days later, I ordered the same thing. My Mom and I decided to eat in the parking lot. When we opened the bag the ranch dressing for my onion rings was missing. I rode around to the window to tell the young lady that she forgot the ranch dressing. She argued that it was in the bag. I looked, My mom looked again-no dressing. She then asked the girl that packed the bag if she put it in there, and the person said "yes" and she then insisted that it was included. Bad customer service especially over a serving of Ranch dressing. The food is great but they only get 3 stars because sometimes people just need to admit when they make a mistake and apologize instead of arguing over...

Tried this place a couple times because I was looking for a better burger option than the big three (McD, BK, WDY). Was pleasantly surprised at their offerings. The total of 6 sandwiches I've ordered were done well and flavorful enough. The side options are the real kicker; not just fries! Sweet potato & green bean are options which is a nice change. The one salad I had was pretty big as well. I can't 5-star the place because it didn't completely amaze me but it was better than I expected. The veggie burger was even decent. The place is a bit dark inside though so that's a knock on the atmosphere for me; it felt more like a dive bar inside than a burger joint. They do have an interesting take-out system though if you order online. No need to go to the counter, just hit the take-out rack and find your stuff (although things like that always worry me cause it's closer to the door than the counter is so theft is possible; although the entire kitchen staff has full view of it most...

I was really excited to try habit after having it awhile back and it was really good. This time however was really frustrating. I ordered through the app and chose curbside pickup. Won’t be making that mistake again. I sat in the parking lot for at least 30min waiting on my food when i had ordered it ahead of time so that it would possibly be ready by the time I got there. There should be a way in the app where you can let them know you’ve arrived but there isn’t so I just had to hope they would notice me. Workers were constantly looking at my car and bringing other people’s orders out but no one asked me my name or assure me my order would be out soon. When they finally brought it to me my burger was soggy and they forgot the extra sauce that I had actually paid for.
