Edit: so it's been 7 months since our last terrible experience and I expected some kind of improvement given how long they've had and how bad their reviews are... my mistake. The quick and dirty of it is: my drink was the first thing I ordered, and I didn't get it till I was almost done eating. After I was about 3/4 of the way done eating the waitress realized I didn't have my drink yet and said she's going to go get it, she stopped and chatted with one of the other servers for a couple minutes and then walked into the back and then about 5 minutes later meandered over to the bar and then finally showed up with my drink. I ordered three sauces with my wings and I only got two, I ordered fries on the side which never showed up. The waitress said she was having them remake them as I asked for the bill, and then asked if I'd want them to go to which I replied "no of course not" because who wants cold french fries? Everything took so long, but I credit most of that to the fact that my waitress spent most of the time chatting with other waiters and waitresses rather than getting our food. My kids french fries were cold, my daughter never got the ranch That was supposed to come with hers, our ketchup was empty, it took forever for her to come back so that I could get our bill and get out of there, and after I asked for it it took her forever to come back and give it to us, and then when I gave her my debit card it took or even longer to come back with that. I love buffalo wild wings, it's one of my absolute favorite restaurants, but I will not ever come back to this location. I forgot to add the fact that there were only about five or six other tables there and there were at least three other waiters and waitresses working those tables. I'm pretty sure that our waitress only had three tables total and still couldn't provide good service
Came in for Veterans Day, and the place was PACKED, which is to be expected. Went up and gave the hostess our name, she said 30 minutes. 34 minutes went by, so I went up and asked how much longer, fully expecting another 10 minutes which would be fine, and she told me another hour. There were people there that overheard that that had already been waiting an hour and when they went up and asked how much longer they were also told another hour. Read moreWe started off our visit here being understanding and then everything seemed to go left. My son (ex-military) ordered a beer and was asked for i.d. but his was expired and so service to him was denied which we understand the rules but hey, does your age change because your i.d. is old or expired (his photo and d.o.b were clear? Anyway we didn't dispute the rules and he ordered a soft drink. BTW my son is 33 and in no-way looks younger than 21 but neveryoumindthat. After that, we were observed and looked at like criminals since everyone else ordered alcohol and the waitress and bartender made sure we would not give or share any with my son. Still, fine...our food came like one-by-one and all missing something i.e., carrots and or celery. Personally, this was my first time at this establishment and I must say I was not pleased with the price per quality but the wings were "okay" and "something to do" if you didn't want to cook your own to snack on. We still did not raise a fuss. My fuss came later when after being stared at and not really attended to after the meals were received my son and I decided to order wings to go so we can snack on them while we chill at home (with beer) only to discover that the overly priced wings for a 10 piece turned out to be an 8 piece for the price of a 10 piece. Mind you, I already accepted the mediocre taste and high price but I get home to find out that we both were cheated out of two wings when my receipt clearly states we ordered a 10 piece. I had already stated that the visit was my first and my last while we were seated but then I was more than ticked off when I open my wings to snack on some hours later only to find out that not only does the service and food suck but because we didn't check our to-go bag we are feeding the staff on our dime. Not cool Buffalo Wild Wings. I thought Wing Stop was bad but you guys make them look great and I haven't been to them in like two years because their food and service suck too. Your prices, food quality and service are like an old house that cannot be upgraded. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. I don't think you can fix it since the only training that is adhered to is the age restrictions for alcohol. Good luck with the few years you have left before bankruptcy is inevitable....
Read moreI went to bdubs yesterday with my husband and a couple military individuals for a nice get together but the waitress whose name is Sabrina was terrible to us! She left our table and never came back leaving half of us hungry and thirsty or waiting to get our check to go home. The people that came with me didn’t do anything wrong, we’re patient with her and nice. These hardworking men don’t deserve such disgusting service. The manager even helped start giving out our receipts since his staff couldn’t do it and they didn’t even have all of our bills and made people wait even longer to be able to go home. There were other servers who tended us since the previous server left us and these two ladies were rude as well ! I asked for a drink and I got a rude look and she left me and I said “okay ,no ? “ And so I asked somebody else for a drink and she gave me a look as well and what do you know I get two drinks after a couple of minutes and I’m like great someone could have at least told me yes so I didn’t have to waste one of the drinks. The experience was terrible. Great welcoming to North Carolina service ! We didn’t even get a complimentary percentage off our bills but should have because this wasn’t our fault . No one at the table did any wrong. The servers who started to help were giving dirty looks throughout the entire time they were “helping” if you can call that helping. Stay away from here ! Also , it was on mother’s day .... is this how you treat all of your customers ? If so work on your manners and help out your servers so they can attend customers in a pleasant way. I also asked for some silverware since we didn’t get any and typically I beileve they always give it out and the server who was a “helper” for Sabrina since she left came to the table with a bunch of them and I took 2 for my husband and I and she told me thrusting our the silverware she had in a to go box “ just take them all” or something like that and I was like well alright jeez...last note !
