So went there last night (8/15) at about 730 pm after having gone through their app and ordered and paid for 1 BAG of dog food at 542pm. So we got to the store still not having received an email stating that our 1 BAG of dog food was ready for pick up. We walked into the store saw 1 register being used and SERIOUSLY 10 people standing in line spaced out 6' apart so they stretched nearly to the back of the store. So we go to the isle and pick up our 1 BAG of dog food and hem and haw over the free bag of dog food we wanted to get so thus wasting more time. Finally we went to the stand near the dog training pin and press the button for pick up of our order. A lady looking like she's been running like a chicken with its head cut off comes flying up to us. we tell her that we had placed this order show our order confirmation and tell her that we hadn't heard from them so we decided to come pull our own order. She scans it and tells us we're good to go. We then get in the long line to check out at the only open register. I post this bc the last 3x we went there to pick up an order it has been the same way 1 person running around the store and 1...
Read moreThis is a pretty solid shopping center. It's an outdoor strip of stores, most of which are reliably good. Here's my rundown:
Petsmart- Good staff, remember their regulars. The groomer here does a good job, but book ahead because they're busy. The Bansfield location here is so-so- they handle routine things fine, but there is little seating to wait for appointments. What there is is right up front where people are wandering through.
Dick's- There's a good store of clothing here, but their fitness equipment is a little skimpy. The staff tries but wasn't sure what some popular fitness equipment was when I asked for it by a common name. If you know what you want they do order for you, though it took our order longer than promised for delivery.
Food Lion- This is a good Food Lion; the meat and produce are always reliable.
Michael's- Decent, though usually...

I grabbed them--pretty ones with butterflies, so they could be used all year--and headed for the register. For having to work on a holiday evening, the cashier was especially cordial and greeted me with a bright smile. I apologized for coming in so late and she wouldn't accept it. She said that there was no need to apologise and that I had plenty of time. "No need to rush...". What a pleasant and positive attitude. I actually felt myself calming down. Thank you. We wished each other Merry Christmas and I left feeling...
