We actually ended up going the 1st day they opened š so with that in mind... We celebrated our sons 7th birthday party from 12 until 2. They had his name on a sign with some balloons š and the table set with plates, cups, and a bottle of water for everyone. It was kind of a hassle to hand out socks as kids arrived because we would have to track down our party host each time a new kid came. We had slushies as drinks for everyone. However, the machine was broken. They had to discuss what to do & eventually came back to tell us we would all get dip n dots for replacement. We wanted Coke to drink for the party, but that machine was broken too. The pizza was actually amazing!!! They would announce when to come back to the table for food and ice cream, but you could barely hear what was being said. Our party hosts' attitude was OK but obviously was irritated by any questions or requests. The lines to do each attraction were somewhat long, but enough other stuff around that you could just do right away. Not much for our 4 year old to do or enjoy, although he sure tried! Had a cool obstacle course. Jumping pads were nice and fun. Had a huge rock climbing wall in the middle, a virtual reality area, a very large Cafe, Lazer tag, some crazy cool bumper cars/zip line obstacle course that I guess required an upgraded package for them to do so it depends ok how much $$ you want to spend & what they can actually do so it can add up very quickly! We did get to play Lazer tag & that was great but we had a problem which 3 of us ended up without vests and people who came in after us had vests. I had to literally solve this dilemma by myself having to make the worker actually do anything š They just stood there. It took 30+ minutes for them to finally fix the problem and was almost unbelievable how rude they were about it. So...if you don't have to speak to anyone it could be a different experience. It's pretty cool just a step up from a regular jump park. Just not all the things I think should be included if your called an 'adventure park'. Good for like 7 to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was my first experience with Urban Air. I had a party scheduled for two children. Upon arrival my party host guided me and my guest to our private room. Things went well until it was time to eat⦠My party host kept disappearing, I had to continue going back and forth to the cafe for drink refills, and food, myself an another parent ended up having to serve the food and drinks and upon the ending of our private rental I tried to pay and was told I needed to wait until I was called to pay the remaining balance on my party. I sat in the party area for roughly 2hrs before someone came to me to ask me to pay. At this point I was frustrated because the approach came off as we are ready now come payā¦. Upon going to pay I was met with Urban Airs General Manager. She asked me about my experience and without thinking I briefly mentioned some of my frustrations and how I didnāt appreciate the payment process being done. I told her it wasnāt bad and yes Iād book again and still come back for visits, but the total price I was paying I expected more support from my host. After hearing this, the GM apologized. So I told her I just wanted to pay my bill so we could leave because now at this point we had been there about 5hrs total. Before I could say anything else or swipe my card, my debt was cleared out with no payment due. I pleaded with the GM to let me pay because it was never my intention not to pay for my party, she responded with, āat Urban Air we listen to our customers and we careā. I was completely shocked and so appreciative at the same time. Urban air truly is one of the best places Iāve taken my children. And despite the miscommunication and support I would still return and still spend the money to book a birthday party there. To the GM, again I thank you and wish there was more I could do and say to express my appreciation. I look forward to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will start by saying this place is one my child's favorite places to be. My son is special needs and he enjoys very much coming on weekends. The employees are always friendly and it's always a good environment. But I actually decided to come her to share my opinion about something I noticed with the employees that I really wish the administration reads this and put action to solve ASAP. As I was leaving the place, I noticed that there are NO chairs nor stools to sit in the cashiers area. I'm not sure how many hours are these KIDS employees standing there without a break to sit. But honestly there's no reason why they should be standing for hours without a place to rest their feet. We are all humans and we do not have to work like this forced to be standing for long hours without no where to rest. Obviously, if there's a line and it's busy, they will have to stand but why in the world do they not have a simple chair for the moments they are not assisting people? How much do they get paid to be treated like this? Come on!!! That's not OK in my eyes. It felt abusive for me. I felt sorry for them because my feet were hurting as I was leaving and I was only there for 3 hrs and I did sit down a couple of times. We are in 2025 entrepreneurs should know better that this is not okay. Just please do the right thing and buy 1 simple chair that they can share if they need...
