ABC Warehouse — Attraction in Flint Charter Township

I went to ABC Warehouse in the midst of this Michigan record heat wave just the other day. This store really had it at all. I went to 8 major stores before almost giving up and all I wanted was a 5,000 BTU window air conditioner. They had 5,000, 6,000, 8,000, 10,000, & 12,000 BTU WINDOW AC UNITS! ABC Warehouse even out stocked Walmart (who only had A/C units online)and had to wait at least 3 days to get it delivered on top pay shipping. And I just went up there that day picks me up $179 window unit was my way home and it was hooked up not even 30 minutes later! I should have went to them first, don't know why I didn't I've managed through the years to go to them for not only having things in stock but also having name brand and warranties on things such as Frigidaire, Maytag, GE, Amana, ETC. they got it all: washer/dryers, vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, stoves electric and gas, 4K smart TVs of many brands, microwaves, just anything you can think of it was there and in stock and they even had some of the best social distancing I have ever seen in a Michigan store and of course everybody had to wear masks to enter her governors order which I don't mind ☺️ It should be noted that these people do work on commission however they're not pushy as some of the furniture stores have been to which I'll rename nameless for now but the main thing to take from all this is that they will be any competitors price as long as you have proof via coupon/paper or on your phone. If Walmart has the same AC unit for $159 and theirs is $179 then they'll be Walmart's price by at least $5 or more depends on if you're going in there for a full living room set and all of that. I've bought my whole living room set, bedroom set, dishwasher, washer and dryer, recliner seat and sofa, and they offer unbelievable deals and warranties that you can purchase for next to nothing.This is a place I would definitely check out as they have multiple stores in Owasso,MI and many others to list in the State of Michigan. I would give 5 more stars if possible!! Brace yourself for a loooong review but our entire experience was just so amazing that it needed to be done.

I recently moved in with my fiancé and we had a room that needed to be fully furnished. We stopped in at ABC Flint at the beginning of our "window" shopping day (we planned on popping around to a few places) and was greeted by Al. He asked what we were looking for and gave us an easy store layout based on our request. As we were leaving, he thanked us for coming in and let us know that if we had any further questions, to find him or his partner Mike.

Later that day we came back and found Mike. When we found a set we liked (7 pieces), he asked about the room it was going into, and the possible entrances. We already had measurements but after explaining the layout, it was a little "iffy" and he suggested that we take pictures of the measurements just to be safe. After doing so, we came back with the pictures and he was confident that we could get every piece in. I jokingly asked if he would help with moving them and he said he would!

The day to pick up the furniture came and with Mike's help and expertise, we were able to get everything in quickly with no casualties!

Al made sure we knew where we were going and who we were looking for, and Mike literally helped us get it in the house. By far the best furniture shopping experience I've had! 1000/10 would recommend getting your next...

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with ABC Warehouse. When our refrigerator died, I called other places to see how long it would take to get a new one and was told they would have to order most models, and it could be weeks; however, when I called ABC, they said it would be a few days because they would be getting it from their warehouse. So we went to their store and met with Todd, a salesman who had been there 36 years! He was extremely knowledgeable and very nice to work with. He helped us compare models and features. We never felt pressured in any way, and in the end, felt he gave us a good deal on the model we chose. At other stores, I have never felt sure that the salespeople knew the products and/or could answer questions about them, so we really loved working with Todd. We had our new refrigerator delivered within a few days by very nice people who worked efficiently to get the old fridge out and set up the new one. Later in the day, I noticed a small dent on the front of the freezer door when I was removing the protective plastic covering, and when I contacted Todd about it, he gave us the option of getting some money back or having a new door installed -- which is the option we chose. Again, we didn't have to wait for that either as they came out the next day to replace the door with no hassle whatsoever. KUDOS to ABC!!! I will go there for all of my future needs and will recommend...
