Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

I am very disappointed in this Tim Hortons. First time I ordered the steak and cheddar wrap. The employee working there had me pull around to the front of the gas station which was no problem at all. I wait for almost 5 minutes to receive my food..again that's fine. The employee informed me he had to make sure they had some fresh steak for me. I was very happy to hear that and appreciated it. When I opened my wrap it was not steak it was chicken. And I couldn't take it back because I was on lunch and limited time. The second time I visited that location , figured we are all human I'll give it another chance. Ordered the same thing only asked for the meal. I was greeted by a female employee in the drive through spoke my order then she said nothing. Waited a couple minutes said hello into the intercom and then a male voice came over the intercom and asked me my order gave it again. Then he asked if he heard the order correct I said yes but I want the meal please said this twice. Informed me to pull around the front again after paying. Brought me my wrap and asked if I could also get the chips too as I ordered the meal. He told me they didn't ring me up for the meal I said okay well I would still like to have the chips is that okay? he said "I guess " then walked away. Didn't give me any direction as to if I need to come in and pay for them or if he was coming out with them. Once again on my lunch limited time I waited for 6 minutes and no one came back out. So I left. I will never go there again. Shame on me for fooling me twice. And it was the same employee from the first time. Horrible customer service....

In my many attempts to get my favorite sandwich here in flint, I came here and asked specifically what came on the sandwich I wanted. The guy confirmed everything that was on my sandwich. I was like, ok cool. Can’t wait. Asked for it to be extra toasted because every other Tim hortons around is roasting or grilling the bread for like 2 seconds and calling it good. When I got my sandwich, it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SANDWICH. It was tasty, and toasted but it wasn’t what I wanted! :( also I ordered an ice coffee— coffee with ice cubes in it. Right? No. The guy gave me crushed ice in my coffee??? I came back another time and said hey, I want ice cubes not crushed ice to make sure it came how I wanted. Honestly, the worst experience I have had at a Time Hortons. The line was excessively long which I can usually handle. The staff was not friendly and it was clear that they were not paying attention to our order. It took them three tries to get a simple sandwich right (Sausage and cheese on an everything bagel). When we received our drink the guy at the window spilled sprinkles all over my husband. Again, wouldn’t be a huge deal but the amount of sprinkles spilled was ridiculous. His car seat and floor is now rainbow colored. We had to ask for a copy of our receipt 3 times before we actually received it.
