Forman Mills — Local services in Flint Charter Township

Me and my wifey happily walked I. The store yesterday and we happily picked our items and proceeded to check out. Normally they are very fast getting people out but on this day they was having a meeting in front of the store, it kind of had the line held up because the one cashier was super slow but it didn’t bother anybody. As we stood there finally a cashier who was super nice best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. As we walked up towards the ground of employees I noticed one of the was standing in the lane where we supposed to check out. My wife stepped up which placed her almost right next to the female employee. Ok once we got our items on the counter this employee with these long eyelashes, big flat side burns, and a bunch of wax in her hair, looking my wife up and down aggressively. So I ignored it at first and the second time which I found weird, the third time I had to snap because you’re in a whole meeting. Trying and I mean trying to intimidate someone you don’t even know. I never had a problem here, now I don’t think I want to even go back. Cause I don’t wanna be snapping on weird employees every time I go in there. The clothes have been getting ragady more and more. Have seen shoes worn from the public and taken off placed in shelfs. Clothing with $5.00 tags but have rips from knifes or what ever. One day a lady was bringing back panties and the customer service dept told her they can't take them because they smell. Well why would you in the first place. Bathrooms always nasty, store dirty and the workers are rude. Their was a customer who passed out and a nurse saved the guy the cashier told her next time you play captain save a crack head get out of my line. Another time a cashier hit another customer in the head with a hanger. Lines so long you almost in the kids dept majority...

I was just there and found a dress. It was on the only rack with dresses. The sign said sale $7.49 it rang up $9.89. When I told the cashier the response was someone put it on the wrong rack. Funny there is no other rack with dresses on it. And there were other dresses just like it on the same rack as the one I had. Then the shirt rack said buy one get second one half off. When I said something, guess what, I was told that these particular men's shirts were two for $10. Again the shirts were on the wrong rack with many of the same shirts.
