Juicy Seafood 20220610 2003 local time First time here - table A4 ( I did not know this but found it in my photos lol) Eling was my server First thing first... For those that do not take the time to listen... There can be a language barrier. Accents are quite pronounced but far from unintelligible. Friday night was not very busy but quite a few take out others going out. About 10 tables with people. I was greeted before I was even through the door. Big smile and happy to see. Tables lined with paper for easy cleanup. Hand sanitizer provided upon sit down. Paper towels on the table for use (I like this). Wet wipes in addition at the end of meal. They have combos here... I ordered the same items from a combo b plus sausage to see if they would pay attention and alter my bill to provide the 2 dollar discount. While they did not offer, I was given exactly what I ordered. I did not question it as I did not know if you can "add to a combo". Hush puppies were crispy, hot temperature, and exactly what I was looking for except no actual chunks of corn inside. Not everyone uses corn in this mix. Flavor was on point and dipping sauce was 'normal' for Mid-Michigan styles. I got the 'make your own' shrimp (no head), crawfish, crab legs, and sausage. I asked for 'hot' for spice level, with 'juicy' for flavor which includes Cajun, garlic butter, and lemon pepper seasoning. It was not spicy hot for me at all. I like spicy foods and I think most people would consider this mild or medium at most. The flavor of the boil itself was great. It had good garlic and Cajun flavor. It was slightly salty at times but never an overbearing salt flavor. The sausage is sliced thin. I don't think it's andouille but still good sausage. The mud bugs aka crawfish were good size. Shrimp were not peeled and the boil makes it somewhat tough to peel the shells but were of good quality. The snow crab legs were your standard legs for this type of setup. Decent quality and quantity of meat. Typical corn and potatoes in the mix added for a good amount of food. Prices are in line with what you are eating. Service was good. Eling checked on me, refilled drinks as normal, and was simply a good service person. I had two to three others pass by and greet me as well. Hostess was friendly and welcoming. Only suggestion is to have crab forks instead regular forks to help get all that meat. This is a solid 4.4/5 for me and would recommend.

My first time here was truly a nice experience and it won’t be my last! I got the shrimp, lobster & snow crab boil with the juicy special sauce (all of the sauces mixed) and it was AMAZING! 10 out of 10! The flavors were on point! It was so hot and fresh! My friend added noodles to his boil and let me try them and from now on i will add them to my boil! It was great & didn’t take long to come out! For my drink i had The Bama Mama and it was great also. If you’re in the mood for seafood this is the place to be! The service was amazing as well.

Sooooooo, let me start by saying, I have NEVER eaten at a restaurant and they served us on paper plates. That was the first red flag 🚩 Then, yes, they got our order wrong. Forgot my fries and husband's mozzarella sticks. Then brought out my fries and him some mozzarella sticks that were not cooked thoroughly 🤦🏾‍♀️ The food in this place is mediocre at best. PEOPLE, JUST BECAUSE THEY PUT AN EXSPENSIVE TAG ON SOMETHING DOES NOT MAKE IT QUALITY!Do yourself a favor and ride on down to Warren for some good quality seafood.

I was really excited for this place to open but I am definitely disappointed. The waitstaff, while courteous, does not speak much English. We had only 3 items to our order: fried squid appetizer, gumbo, and 12 wings.

It took 30 minutes before we had any food. Our waitress misunderstood our order and brought out 2 orders of 12 wings and our appetizer at the same time. She forgot the gumbo and took the double order of wings back.

The appetizer was bland and getting the waitstaff to understand I wanted the spiciest sauce they had was an exercise in futility. We asked for a manager and were able to get our correct order. The food was tough and bland. The gumbo tasted like it was made by someone who had never eaten gumbo before.

When our bill arrived, it was over $50 because they tried to charge us for 24 wings instead of the 12 we ordered. After getting everything corrected with the manager again, we paid and packed up our remaining food. It was not the experience we had hoped for.

I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff really did seem like they were trying their best. I understand and have compassion for the waitstaff, which is why I still left a near 20% tip, but more training is needed before I will be able to eat here again let alone recommend it to anyone. I would be willing to try them again when they have significantly improved the food and...

I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! My husband and I tried to eat here last weekend and it took 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table to even get our drink order we both asked for orange soda and it was gross she never told us it wasn’t going to be fountain soda. While taking our drink/food order the waitress was leaning over a cart (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) in our 10 minute wait we figured what we wanted. I ordered the shrimp with rice and broccoli my husband order the salmon with rice and broccoli. When we got our food it was cold the broccoli was not steamed all the way there was no flavor and both of our food had teriyaki sauce on it which was not in the description of the food.. only to find out that it was food that belong to another table.our table was not fully clean when they sat us. It was disgraceful to see all the writing on the booth walls and walls of the restaurant. It was a very unprofessional place not very clean or organized and they were not busy at all during the time we went to have an experience like this! Will not be...
