Today was the worst experience that I had at Best Buy (Worst Buy). I've always had pleasent experience at Best Buy. Until I met Geek Squad employee (Grant). I went to the store to buy a HP printer so I pulled up to the curbside purchase not knowing you can't go into the store. I spoke to Grant who advised that purchase had to made online. I then pulled out of the way, and made the purchase for 240.00 dollars. I knew that the store had three printers on the shelf. I then pulled back in line where i noticed the online stated that I could pick the item on the following day.. I then spoke to Grant and advised him I needed the printer and he advised that won't happen today I would have to wait until the next day. That did not set well with me and wanted a reverse on my credit card and he stated I could push cancel. I asked when would be in the within 12 to 24 hours depending on my bank. I asked for a receipt he stated they don't give receipt. I then asked for a supervisor and he pointed to his chest and stated he is the only supervisor on duty and there is no one else and walked away, mumbling under his breath. I asked him what he said and he turned and said just leave. At that time a female white walked out of store and asked what was the problem. I advised her what happend. Grant walked back to my vehicle and I asked her was she supervisor and she replied "yes". I told her Grant stated that he was the only supervisor and and there was no one else. Grant attempted to but in on conversation. I advised him that , I didn't want talk to him because he had misrepresented himself. Grant then walked away and stated fxxk you. I asked her did she hear him and she nodded yes and stated how can I help you, I stated first I want him repremanded and assured me that would happen. The female stated its has been very hectic today and I apologize. I stated he should not be greeting customers. The female went inside and came back with another gentleman and placed my printer in my vehicle. This took all of three minutes. The female was very professional I give her 4 stars in customer service and conflict resolution. But for Grant i can't rate him when I never cussed him or raised my voice I just wanted answers. My information is on my receipt so you can contact me reference this incident. I really don't want to place the recording on other social...
Read moreThe Geek Squad at the Miller Road in Flint, Michigan is awful. Bought my laptop on a Tuesday morning. I was told it word be 24 to 48 hours to load my software and transfer my data. On Thursday I was in the area and stopped at the store to check if my laptop was done. I was told by the clerk that they were working on it. They had a person off 1 day for a funeral and they put the whole department behind but they were working on it. On Saturday I still had not heard anything so after being on the phone for a half hour trying to get through I had to leave a message. When they called me back after an hour they had numerous lies about my laptop. They said staff had tried to call me 3 times and my phone showed not a working number. They tried 2 times on Tuesday and 1 time on Thursday. They couldn't work on my laptop until they talked to me because they couldn't get my password to work on old computer. I asked why I wasn't told that when I stopped on Thursday. I was told oh we don't know. So on Saturday I needed to make another trip there to do my password to get into the old computer. Walked in and the info they needed was on the paper I left with them. Asked if they couldn't get ahold of my by phone why not email me or text? They can't do that. Once the ticket is opened the only thing they can email is that it is complete and ready for pickup. I was able to pick it up on Sunday. Every drive is an hour round trip. I was not a happy person. When I picked it up on Sunday I asked if everything was ready because I had a meeting I needed it for that evening. They said yes. Well they forgot to tell me I would have to hook it up to my wifi and I didn't think about it so I was really late getting into my meetings. They also are real big on talking down to you like your a 5 year old. This was not a good experience. I hope other people have had...

Mr. Robert Latham was in-between installations in auto install garage and took the time to look my truck over and found my audio problems. He came up with 3 different options for new equipment an installation the price of seemed to be fair. As soon as I get my other repairs I need done to my truck I will definitely go back to see him.
