Bravo Supermarkets — Attraction in Florida City

I visited Bravo this morning the one at Florida city and I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. From the outset, the staff stocking merchandise were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. When I approached them with a question, their responses were curt and dismissive. The experience at the checkout was no better. The cashier was unfriendly and barely acknowledged my presence, making the transaction feel rushed and impersonal. This lack of professionalism was concerning and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Moreover, I observed behavior that appeared biased, which added to the discomfort of my visit. It is crucial for any business to treat all customers with respect and courtesy, regardless of background. I hope Bravo takes these concerns seriously and invests in better training for their staff to ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. Hey! I had no idea this place was here. Only found it because Walmart was already closed and we saw a dollar tree nearby. Saw this place next door and decided to wander in just because. We were super impressed. Basically, I described it as feeling like one of the south/central American supermarkets that cater to American tourists. It had just a hint of the central American candies to differentiate from, well, Walmart, but still had all the basic necessities and was super clean. The prices seemed pretty average, but the things "on sale" were actually really cheap! We weren't there long, but the employees also seemed extremely friendly (and it was late so I wouldn't have even been disappointed if they weren't).

We didn't get much this time, but are definitely coming back, and I'm definitely encouraging everyone...

I went in this morning to get breakfast; I purchased ans empanada and a guava pastry i went to pay and the lady did not want ro take the money because it had a rip in it. I explained to her that i was at the dollar store next door and that was from the change that I received, she had rhe audacity to say and I quote “ this is bravo not dollar tree” . I did in fact get it from the dollar tree next door. I just grabbed the money from her and said “give me my money” unbelievable.i gave them this one star because i cant post without putting at least one star. I’ve shopped there before with no problem but this one lady is making it look real bad for the staff...
