So many issues, but on a positive note: the outlet was laid out perfectly. The shops were easy to get to and there were plenty of stores with deals. However, the customer service in the entire food court/service desk area within the food court need to be worked on. My husband got a calzone from the Italian place with grey ham and old, chewy bread and the ladies at the Chinese food store were too busy talking about a phone call (which I sat through and waited for them to end before I was waited on and she hurriedly took my order). My ultimate issue, however, was with the service desk lady in the food court. Backstory: I was unable to access the WiFi for some reason, after giving my email and Facebook information, so I was unable to access the QR code for the seasonal 25% off one purchase (it was back to school time so I needed that discount). It was also available online, but as I stated, my WiFi didn’t connect and I got poor cellular service in general. I waited for at least five minutes for her to get off of the phone before she assisted me. When I mentioned the deal in question (a big stack of papers with the 25% off code sitting next to her...not the $5 coupon books, by the way), she said she needed my DRIVER’S LICENSE!! Why would one need my license to get a coupon that is freely available to those online through your website/app?!! When I got to the line again (this time she was making a sale so I waited longer...), she said I had to become a member to access deals OR be a member of AAA/AARP/military to access that particular coupon. She was very persistent and, quite frankly, rude. I couldn’t see the point in spending $10 on a membership for a place two hours away (closest one) that I had been to once in my entire life. My husband was sick of waiting (30 minutes had passed by now) and the woman scoffed and rolled her eyes when we wouldn’t accept the membership. I don’t see the point in her demeanor even if she did make commission (which really couldn’t equal much per customer). Had I used that experience as my guide to shopping, I would have gone straight to my car. I know plenty of people who are interested in shopping at this mall, but I doubt I would ever reccommend the membership program. If this is how you treat nonmembers, then why would I even want to be a member? Thankfully, no one got sick from the food and I just judged the “service” desk experience to be based only on poor technical issues mixed with a irritable and unpleasant old woman with a terrible attitude/sales technique (lying to customers to get a sale is a big no no in my book!). The shops, as I mentioned earlier, had great deals and excellent customer service in the shops that made me reconsider going back (even though the service desk lady said she “didn’t know of any deals anywhere in the mall besides the ones listed in the book”). As for a membership, I’ll just stick to Amazon for now. No rude people, few technical issues, immediate/polite customer service and follow...

Read moreStopped on a whim and I was so glad I did. I needed some things for an upcoming cruise, and I was specifically going to order certain items from Vera Bradley. I didn't know they had Vera Bradley store there, but I was so happy to see they did. Upon entering the store we were warmly greeted and told everything in the store was 50% off with some items having an additional 20% off of that. I was in heaven! I don't care that these are not new patterns. Vera Bradley is about pretty, but mostly for me functionality. Everything I needed for my cruise was there, and I saved half! Then right next door, oh boy, Kate Spade....we were also greeted nicely there and informed the whole store was 60% off. Did I wake up that morning thinking I'd get a new Kate Spade bag? No, but I sure was happy I did, and for a good price. I got a $429 bag for $139 so that was actually more than a 60% savings. My daughter also found some things at another store, I can't think of the name, something with a Z, I believe. This is a pretty big factory outlet and has everything you'd expect and then some. Very happy with my purchases. Outlet also has a playground with splash pad...
