The paperwork financing and all the boring stuff was really really easy, it can be intimidating going through this process unless you have knowledgeable people helping you out every step of the way and that's just what they do at Rogers jewelry in Folsom. I absolutely recommend this place and when I come back to shop for me next I will be asking Jodi for some help because she was super understanding about pricing and helped me pick out the best I could get with my budget I set not a dollar more than I wanted to pay. Unfortunately, 3 months ago, my husband was killed while walking on Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael via a hit and run incident (his killer is still at large). I felt it was especially important to get my ring cleaned and inspected to make sure the diamonds were secure, which my jeweler used to do. I cried when I saw the business was no longer there, a piece of history with my husband gone right along with him. I went into Roger's just after, since they were the closest to my old store, not knowing what else to do. The manager, Shane, was very accommodating and empathetic. I also had a jade and gold cross necklace pendant that broke, and they're able to fix it! That cross was my husband's great grandmother's. When she passed away, his now late grandmother gave it me. So on multiple levels, this cross pendant means the world to me. Roger's Jewelers welcomed me with open arms, and they are now my go-to for all of my jewelry business.    Read moreRuined my Christmas, and then made it worse. I ordered a necklace for my wife with daughters birthstone three weeks before Christmas. I then waited and called the Thursday before Christmas and was told the manufacturer did not receive the order and they have no necklace. I was offered a picture of the necklace in a box and 10% off, which frankly was kind of insulting. I said no and asked to cancel and refund. Refund was processed over the phone and I was told it would take a day or two to see it in my account. It is now the Tuesday after Christmas with no refund. I called to see what is taking so long and I am now told 7 to 10 days. I couldn't buy my wife something new until I get refund so I look like an idiot to my wife right now. I loved Rogers and always shopped there for my wife. I didn't want to write this, I wanted to let it go, but after the 7 to 10 days remark, i am done with Rogers.
