I would not recommend this rental company based on my recent experience. The resin chairs delivered were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The round tables didn’t have locks, which made them wobbly and unsafe, especially around kids. Looks like they were using zip ties to try and hold the tables up previously. This is a safety hazard, the tables continued to collapse during set up. The umbrellas were also in poor condition, and several of the stands were missing the pieces needed to tighten them properly. This made no sense when we were forced to pay an additional price for the stand. We live in the same city as the store, and we were charged $65 for pickup and $65 for delivery. Not only that, during the delivery, items were missing so they had to rush back to get the missing items. During the pick up, their team lowered their truck lift onto the top of our gate rail and bent the entire rail so the gate could no longer close, so they they just left the gate open and left. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience.

We expected functional, clean equipment, when we paid $700 for rentals and what we received felt neglected and borderline unsafe. For the price, it just wasn’t worth the hassle. I recommend...

The problem isn’t the rentals or the product, the problem is they’re not open when they say they will be, they don’t answer the phone, and hours are random chosen at their convenience and the not the customers. My contract says to drop off items between 12pm-5pm and it’s also posted in their door. I have stuff to do so I came at 12 with not a person in sight but if I leave this stuff at the door I’m in the wrong right? If you know you have rentals to be returned, you show up to work on TIME. I didn't want to believe it but it's true the times I've bought balloons in this place the next day the helium comes out. I have bought balloons elsewhere and the balloons will say up to 10 days or more inflated. I think they use helium mixed with oxygen to save helium. This is cheating or scamming you. I'm not going to come back never. Yesterday was buying balloons and they're all deflated Today. Bad service ...
