Lafayette Tech LLC — Attraction in Forest Park

I was referred by a friend to get my iPad fixed it wasn’t holding a charge. So I assumed it was the battery . I contacted Mr Bowles at Lafayette tech and asked could they fix my iPad , He said yes if you bring it before 1pm it will be ready the same day ! I went the follow day on Wednesday July 06 2022 @ 11:25 am . When I arrived he informed me that they were doing renovations and my iPad wouldn’t be ready till the following day! Long story short I called and stop by the shop several times and couldn’t get in contact with anyone (remind you they still haven’t contacted me ) so I finally got some one on the phone and they told me I could pick it up the following day ! Again stopped by and no answer so I had my friend that referred me to give them a call and they answered and asked her why I just can’t wait till Monday. (Remind you they still haven’t called my phone ) so I told my friend I don’t want them to fix it I just want MY property back ! So finna she was able to pick up my iPad on July 15th @4:46pm and the charged her (me) $53.50 for a new battery (after I asked them not to touch it) and printed on the receipt that the charging port is damaged and didn’t even fix it! He kept me in the know throughout every step of the process & even went above & beyond by not only replacing my damaged screen but making the initiative to install a Glass Privacy screen protector. If i could give no stars i would! I sent my daughter to drop a phone off to be fixed. When i received the phone, the speaker didn't work. They saw me coming the next day and locked the door on me.
