This gets one star because I can't give it zero stars. Seriously, service is that awful. Drive-thru wait time is usually fifteen or twenty minutes before getting your order taken (and another fifteen minutes after, waiting on food), and you can forget about getting what you ordered. I always check my bag before leaving the parking lot because I usually have to go back through to get the rest of my order. This taco bell regularly has technical issues and severely impact service. Their receipt printers are "down" constantly, preventing them from providing me with a receipt. Last night was the worst service I've ever had, though! Three friends and I stopped by at about eleven PM on 03/09/17. They had a line of eight cars at the drive-thru, four of whom were waiting to give their orders at the speaker. Other cars ahead of me drove through, and I saw a couple of orders taken. I was finally able to get to the speaker. We waited five minutes after the car ahead of me left the parking lot, and then I drove up to the window since nobody was going to talk at the speaker. The girl at the counter told me that their headsets all had dead batteries (lolwhat) and that their computers were down so they couldn't take orders. SO POST SOMEONE OUTSIDE TO TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS, OR PUT UP A SIGN. I waited in line a total of half an hour (we finally left the drive-thru at 11:37 PM) before finding out that they couldn't even serve me last night, and that they had no plans to let their other customers in the drive-thru know about the issues. This was absolutely ridiculous. Due to repeated abysmal service on top of last night's incident, I will not be returning to this location. You can bet we'll all be letting our...
Read moreWent into eat. They now have inside store order feature through touch screen which gives you all the menu items and ability to specialize your order to your exact way you want your food which was nice. Only confusion was with payment option at the beginning we were not sure if we could use it because there was no where to insert cash like a self only checkout and staff would not tell us. We eventually just started touching the screen. At the end it said if paying in cash go to register. I think it would be helpful to note that at the beginning for use of the self order screen . I realise that most fast food places are overwhelmed and not enough staff but they could've told us to start with on the cash option. We waited for several minutes to figure out how to use it and noone would tell us how it worked. So it backed up the line and they had to go to the register anyway for the people behind us. Otherwise the food was fresh, tasted great and overall a positive experience we used the screen again while there to get a to go order which they brought to our table and were very friendly. I think our initial contact was abrupt because they were getting overwhelmed with lunch rush which we understand can be stressful. Overall it was a...
Read moreI ordered through the taco bell app a Nacho bell grande swapped the beef for potatoes (I don’t eat beef) add onion and red sauce, when I got home and opened the bag I see that they added beef still and forgot the nacho sauce so I couldn’t eat the food and needed to take it back for a remake. Once I got to the drive through the workers were extremely rude to me. One of the two girls looked at it and said “there’s only a couple pieces of beef in here” (there actually was an entire scoop) and I say “well it doesn’t matter if you think there’s a small amount I did not order it and I cannot eat it so I would like a remake”, the Second Lady tells me “it’s just Taco Bell everything is contaminated with the beef, we get hundreds of people asking for remakes that don’t actually need to be remade”. They then refused to remake or even refund my order… all in all I have never in my life encountered more rude service workers they were absolutely disgusting in the way that they handled this entire encounter and it’s surprising that this location (now judging by the multiple google reviews) is okay with continuing on with services (if you can call it that) ...
