KAY Jewelers — Attraction in Fort Gratiot Charter Township

Honestly disappointed with the customer service at this location, my husband took his watch in for a battery on July 6th they had to send it out, the associate originally told him that it was $100 to send it out, when my husband balked at that another associate told him that they didn’t do that on Bulovia watches, he called twice for an update on it and was told that, they would call and check on it and call him back, he never received a call back, the 3rd time I called and talked to a Nicole I was told it had a return date of August 5th, and again $100 dollars was mentioned, when I asked a $100 for a battery I was told that they weren’t sure if that was the problem, they sent it back with no work done, when I went in to pick it up, I told the associate that this was the worst experience for service I have ever received here, she was apologizing and said let me go talk to my manager, came back and never said a word about what the manager said, and the manager came and sat behind the counter and never said anything to me, I definitely felt like the manager basically didn’t care if we were unhappy, we took the watch to Lawerence Jewelers, and they quoted me $15 dollars for a battery and had it working within 20 minutes! I definitely will not be using the Port Huron Kay’s again, I will be traveling to Saginaw for my 6 month warranty check up’s...

For more than 10 years now I have been going to the Kay Jewelers at Birchwood Mall to see Nicole Rossow. I've bought multiple pieces such as a "Congrats on your promotion" ring, a brand new wedding set when my original one was outdated, a necklace that was a gift from my husband and most recently a pair of STUNNING solitaire diamond earrings for my Christmas present. Each time I arrive, Nicole has always been so attentive and she absolutely understands my style and what I'm drawn to. It never takes her very long to show me the perfect piece and I always leave so happy. She is an amazing jeweler and the quality of pieces I have purchased have been 5 Star all the way.
