Target — Local services in Fort Gratiot Charter Township

Target is a pretty good store you can often find a lot of good deals on a variety of items. I do like their sales they have. There is quite a variety of products to choose from, from clothing to beverages to convenience foods to make up to books and magazines, towels, sheets, any and everything for the home and personal care and then even more! There is a variety of items of many things to choose from. Their red card is a little confusing and when you are a married couple you should be able to use one card but they do not allow that, that can be difficult at times knowing which card to use yours or your partners, etc. When things get run up and it's not applied to the default payment method that was quite a nightmare for me to go through with customer service. I was not happy about that. That issue needs to be resolved and that would be allowing a married couple to use one red card together, that would solve a lot of problems I have run into with that card! That is pretty much my only complaint about target. Well, I guess I should add it's difficult to work with customer service when an issue with that red card arises as well. Wah really happens is the they treat their associates as a disposable necessity of doing business. they make up reasons to treminate them. After they volunteered give up their days off to come intyo to cover and being bounced back and forth from hardline back to softlines three and four times in a shift. Having your schedualed switch from coming in with the other stock team members you are scheduled to come in a hour later. Being sent to the unloading area to open boxes of towels and fold them to be taken out to the floor and stocked in the frezzing cold or the heat in the summer, getting the team member and custom complement cards. volunteered to help close a store and while getting all the shoes out of the stock room and correctly on the counter a store mananger was walking by and was they gob i was doing ewith the sohes and on the sopt he offered mya department head in shoes. When I visited the Port Huron location on Tuesday, I had so many different associates helping me and they were all very kind and helpful. Shaun in Health & Beauty helped me find the location of the gel bead compress that I needed another one of. Phil helped me with Child Collapsible Chairs that had a sign by them saying they were on sale, but weren't scanning as such. Timbo, helped with Tide, Plant based detergent that had a sign in front of it for 30% off but didn't ring up as such either. Madi from apparel came up to ring me out & was extra patient with me!! (She also thanked me for my patience with her. Then Peter made every correct at the checkout when Madi needed help. As I came back in with the bottles of detergent to get the second bottle at 30% also, Peter again made another correction and even found an extra savings with the online coupon!!!
