I have worked out at many different places all over Fort Lauderdale using class pass but after going here I cancelled class pass and became a full time member here! I enjoy the array of classes that they offer. The difference between this gym and others is that the workouts planned in head quarters in Australia that are periodized effectively so that you see results and your body doesn’t burn out. Another factor that’s great is that you have a heart rate monitor on throughout the workout to see the different exertion zones that you reach. The community is awesome—everyone’s super nice and supportive, which makes coming to class so much fun.
The way the classes are structured is great because beginners can train right alongside more experienced people. There’s always a modification if you need it, and the coaches make sure to give enough attention to help with technique. It’s such a welcoming and motivating vibe!
