Broward Design Center — Attraction in Fort Lauderdale

2024 UPDATE! This is definitely one of my favorite stores in South Florida. So many awesome and unique pieces. Bought a teak root horse head for the living room at my horse farm. NAYDA AND RACHEL WERE SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND KIND! Broward Design Center is extremely fortunate to have two outstanding employees such as them. You know I'll be back again to buy more very cool things! 😁

(Older review): Unique and cool stuff. Visited for the first time yesterday. Spent some time looking at a wooden horse which was outside....5 minutes later, a car slammed into that sculpture, completely demolishing it and other pieces. Pretty scary. But after the police left and things settled down, was able to get back to shopping. Gotta love South Florida! Anyway, we will be back but probably won't spend too much time outside...

Having recently purchased a stunning teak root console with carvings from Broward Design's online store, I was particularly impressed by their exceptional customer service, a welcome contrast to the delivery challenges we've faced during our move. DO NOT, DO NOT buy anything of value from this store. Eclectic yes but that’s it. We purchased a wood piece that cost over $1200 and after 4 years, had to throw it in the garbage. It went from their storage facility to a brand new home. It was infested with beetles that lay dormant for 7 years. We called the store only to be hung up on. They took no responsibility and offered nothing in return. Our options were to fumigate which cost $700 or trash it. Don’t waste your money, the wood used to build the furniture is obviously not treated for insects prior to being used....
