If you don't actually buy your car from Bentley Fort Lauderdale, don't expect any knid of sevice. It's clear that they resent that you might have purchased from someone else and not from them. I'm not sure that Bentley would approve but...............

I was told that my first service was free. Then when I arrived for the service they told me that I was past the 18 month time limit. You would think they might have been courteous enough to let me know that in advance. The car had like 4700 miles, seriously? Then they insinuated that the other dealer sold me a used car and that was justification for not doing the service under warranty. Very insulting.

I have returned the car several times for the same issue. Still not resolved. Not sure what else to say. One would expect that if you purchase this kind of car you would be treated with a bit more respect. We even agreed to the price and terms via text, and when I visited the dealership the next day to see and buy the car, everything was exactly what we had discussed. I was having an issue with my car and a beyond difficult time finding anyone who would help, so I placed a call and was very fortunate to get connected with him. He is hands down one of the most knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful professionals I’ve ever met.
