In my 20 years of vehicle purchasing, I have yet to leave a dealership feeling like I truly was taken care of.. until now. The General Manager Ron, his right hand man and sales manager Hany literally bent over backwards for me. I am not dismissing the rest of the staff because they are wonderful professionals but my personal dealings were mostly with the bosses. I was sold a 2021 Camaro ZL1 that I suspect was panic traded in by its previous owner due to an issue they themself created. A very easy issue to miss, so no fault of Grieco. This issue however was unacceptable to me. At this point my trade in was sold, so instead of leaving me stranded, Ron and Hany offered me a brand new 2023 Corvette C8 Z51. I laughed cause that was obviously unaffordable for me ($106k with current market demand). Then they walked over and said, “we got it approved”, and then showed me the numbers. They literally sold me the car at cost and got me a better rate, which ended up being cheaper than the previous Camaro that I purchased. You think I’d be happy right? Well I was until the credit union was dragging their feet on funding it. After a few weeks, I was awaiting the dreaded dealership phone call to return the vehicle because the lender ultimately didn’t approve the funding. Well, I got the phone call.. from Hany. Only this call was to apologize for the delay, extend my loan out another 45 days and to inform me the hold up was him secretly fighting for a better rate, which he accomplished. This deal was funded and the car is mine. A car that would’ve been unobtainable for me, without their selfless dedication to taking care of my needs as a customer. I’m literally blown away by the amount of personal time and patience they utilized with me during this process. I will only ever buy cars from Grieco in Fort Lauderdale as long as Ron, Hany and their team stick around. I also plan on writing a personal letter to the Grieco family extending my appreciation for their core sales team and philosophies.

This dealership sold me a lemon! I bought a used 2021 supercharged Mustang GT with 30k miles in July from this dealership and now I have to replace the damn engine! I traded in my prior Mustang GT for this car, thinking it was time to upgrade, because I put 70k miles on my prior Mustang. I am full time college student and have a full time job, so it’s difficult as it is. I saved enough money to buy a newer vehicle, considering, since it’s only 3 years old, I should not run into issues. After 1 day the engine light turned on, it had the incorrect fuel injectors, spark plugs were worn, and the catalytic converters were COMPLETELY CLOGGED! However, if I knew it would lead to this many issues I would not have bought it of course. When I went to purchase the vehicle I had initial questions, such as, “Did the tune get returned to stock”, because it had some after market modifications, and the answer was no. I also asked “has the check engine light turned on at anytime”, the answer was of course no. I had many other questions, unrelated, but they promised me it had been through their 130 point inspection and nothing to worry about. They also claimed “their” mechanics took on daily runs to make sure it drove correctly. Obviously, they couldn’t notice the catalytic converters were clogged. When I took it on a test drive, it drove pretty good. No, poor performance at the time. There’s not much inspections I can do myself at the dealership, and I had to pretty much take their word, but keep in mind the car is only 3 years old! I ended up purchasing the vehicle and trading in the car. I live 2 1/2 hours from this dealership, so I drove the car home. On the way home I noticed the loss of torque top end. This would lead to many other problems. I would only drive the car to work and school, that’s all. When I had the time, which was a day after buying the vehicle, I checked the injectors and spark plugs and they had to be replaced. After driving it for a couple hours, the engine light turned on. I put it on my reader and threw P0420, P0430, P061A, P06E4. This vehicle did not have after market headers, it had completely stock manifolds with stock catalytic converters. After it threw the cat code, I knew something was up. I called my tuner, and said it had been returned to stock, because of the codes P061A and P06E4, but they’ll take a look at it. I did get it retuned after putting on new injectors, to see what it would do, but it still had issues. Eventually, on my way to school the cars performance just gave out, no torque, would hesitate to accelerate, and blowing a lot of oil. I decided to buy aftermarket headers, because I took it to a shop and they said the passenger side catalytic converter is completely “burnt out”. They removed the cat and it was indeed clogged, a whole bunch of residue just spilled out. I thought the solution would be to remove the cat, but unfortunately the damage was already done. Not even a month into owning the car, I had put down $5k to fix it. I did buy the car as is, but they have no integrity. They will lie to get a sale. As long as they have your money, it does not matter. Anyways, my shop did a compression test and all cylinders on the passenger side had less than 20 psi. I am trying to see what warranty can do for me at this moment, but this dealership won’t work with you either. I tried calling them a couple weeks into getting the car to see what they can do, but every time the lady answers and tries to transfer me the call would hang up. I gave up in contacting them, because they’re just scam artists. Do not buy any used vehicles here! Please do not go through what I went through! This car is pretty much draining me dry, and I’m paying for a basically new car I can’t even drive My initial review has been deleted. I will post again. As I said prior, I have full receipts and videos of damages to prove this dealership sells lemons.

Do not make the mistake of having your car serviced here. I purchased my Bolt last year, and I have been very happy with it. The time finally came for my first servicing, so I scheduled an appointment at Grieco and added in the installation of a Thule rack as I had a voucher for money off accessories from when I purchased the car. Both of these things were terrible decisions and I will not be bringing my car into Grieco for any further service or accessories. First off, I was quoted a price on the phone prior to coming to the dealership that was almost $100 different than what the total ended up being (this was all under $1k so $100 difference is significant). Second, I was told that the Thule rack I ordered would arrive around 10am. I wasn't planning on picking up the car until after work, around 4:30, so that was alright with me. Around 2pm, I received a call stating that they hadn't forgotten me and that the work would be done by the time I got there. It wasn't. When I arrived to pick up the car at 4:30, I was told it would be another 30-40 minutes. I was a bit miffed, but went to get some dinnner with my fiance. I received a call at 5pm stating that my car was just about finished and I could head over. It's a good thing I had a dinner to finish, because when I arrived at 5:30, they were still putting finishing touches on the rack install. 10 hours for a Thule rack install, tire rotation and inspection. Ridiculous. When I saw the car, I thought the racks seemed a bit close together but at that point I was really wanting to get home so I paid the (overpriced and well above quote) bill and left. When I got home, I fished the Thule rack installation documents from the box to compare to the installed rack. The rack was installed out of measurement, and not by just a little bit. According to the docs, the front of the rack should have been 12 1/4" from the top of the windshield. It was just over 16". Measurement between the rack should have been 29 1/8 inches. It was 26. This is simple stuff and if they can't even get within the ballpark on measurements like these, there is no way I will trust them to touch my car again, aside from when I have them remove the rack under my supervision. Once again, do yourself a favor and steer clear of the service center at Grieco of Fort Lauderdale. Almost forgot - I received a completely unsolicited text from the used car lot salesman in the middle of the day, wondering if he could buy my car. That I just purchased about half a year prior. Stay classy, Grieco.

So where do I begin. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I got into an accident in November 2022. I bought my 2018 impala from phil Smith Chevy in lauderhill. Unfortunately, they don't service vehicle anymore, so I had to bring my vehicle to the greico of Fort lauderdale. The accident was minor and left a dent on the passengers side at the bottom of the door and tire well fender. When I called in February to make an appointment at greico Chevy of Fort lauderdale, i was advised they are two months behind to call back and make an appointment. When i called back to finally drop off my vehicle, i was advised the same thing again. We are two months behind and to call back. The point is that my vehicle was not able to be dropped off until July 2023. Once the vehicle was dropped off now on week 2 of speaking with them and insurance, I was given the Runa round about insurance and an adjuster whom they were waiting for. Fast forward almost 4 months, and my car was not even touch and was just sitting in the lot. I was so frustrated that I went in to see my vehicle and found it was dusty and with a flat. To calm me down, the employee offered a new paint job. So, of course, I was ok with that now. I get my car fixed. Now it's another almost 2 months and I have been given the excuse that now my ket start doe not work and they are trying things and everything is not working. My car now in their care was dusty and dull flat tire, and my key start doesn't work. I was given excuses that they had to remove battery and that cause something and something else. At this point, I grew very upset and wrote a Google review on the situation. Once the review was seen by management, i was contacted immediately, and i was persuaded to remove the review, and they will work with me. The only thing they did was give me my car back March 2023 and that was a joke because the tire, well, fender or flaps where not even clipped on. POINT IS THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I havent had anyone touch or do any body work to my car so how is it that now I now have had my vehicle for 1 year and a couple of months and the work they did was crap. I had the vehicle inspected, and the inspection shows the leak is coming from the work they did. The leak is running from whatever they did to my trunk and is now growing mold. I had no idea till I started smelling something funky. The water is holding in the spare tire compartment. I brought this place a nice black 2018 impala off the showroom floor, nothing but the dent.

They made the stress of buying a car a pleasurable experience. My wife and I found a great deal on a Suburban SUV at their dealership online and talked to our sales consultant named Juan Bedoya about the details. He is transparent, personable, pleasant, and professional. So much so that I made the 5 hr drive to go test drive the Suburban. When I got there I was greeted promptly immediately by the receptionist followed by our phenomenal sales consultant Juan Bedoya. He even noticed that another salesman was taking the keys to take the same car for a drive and he politely but firmly said absolutely not and took the keys back and explained that I drove all this way to see the vehicle. Everything about the vehicle was as described in the online description and in the pictures except one pleasant surprise. They added some new high grade wheel covers at no additional cost. We ironed out the remaining details with the manager named Sergio who was also phenomenal, personable and valued and addressed any remaining questions or concerns I had. Sergio and Juan even helped to organize the car I drove to the dealership shipped back to me. Then went to the financing manager Ana Lopera and she was pleasant, efficient, and professional. Ana and Juan even stayed hours after closing to make sure I was taken care of. From start to finish the entire experience was what car buying should be which is exciting and pleasurable. Great job everyone and thank you for doing what you do.

Beware of this dealer! I purchased a 70k Dodge Charger Hellcat from them. The vehicle was never serviced or checked by the dealership despite what they had said. They said it went through a 125 point inspection and it never did. I had an independent inspection done and dealership did not correct the issues that were found and shipped the vehicle anyway. Once it was delivered it still had same issues and never even had a service done. I took it to the local Dodge dealership only to find it had never had a service done and also had several other issues. When I was purchasing the vehicle I already had financing through my bank but Grieco insisted on matching the financing but never could after running my credit four separate times. The salesman was not on the same page as the sales manager who told me they would not repair the vehicle and I could return the vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles through several dealerships and have never been treated the way they have treated us. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Patrick who was the salesman was great but had no fight in the battle. Bottom line do your homework and be cautious when buying anything from them. It was deal 32643. Stock number KB20474 Your General Manager is aware of the deal according to the sales manager. And still did nothing.
