AMPM NAIL SPA — Attraction in Fort Lee

It was my first-time visit to this shop and I got deep french gel nail. At first I was so excited that I found a new nail salon near me and about the fact that they have a few gel nail colors from Korea.

The nail technician was a bit slow but she was very detail-oriented so I had no complaints. However, when she started the deep french, I was so shocked that the french doesn’t look asymmetrical at all. I told her to fix something and try to explain how it should look like and showed her a photo as an example, but she didn’t get it and I ended up doing myself to fix it. After I did myself she kinda got it and do it pretty good the rest of my nails but it was shocking that she can’t do this simple french nails.

After I’m done I was at the counter ready to pay, but then they asked me to pay more than I agreed on with my technician. She said french nail is extra 10 more but the lady at the counter said it’s actually 15 more. Since I couldn’t find a price chart in the shop I wasn’t sure which one is right but it was not a good experience to be honest. My nails look okay but it was pretty...

Since my manicure 3 nails have broken regardless of me doing the service she forced me to stating it will last longer and each and every nail is chipped

Sadly I came here to do my nails on my birthday. I’m guessing not all the nail techs in this salon have the same skill level. My nails came out very sloppy after I was forced to do a different kind of base for my nail which was more than the original builder gel manicure I wanted.the nail tech send it would be better for my nails.

I didn’t want to cause a scene in the nail salon so when asked how I liked my nails at check out I simply said they weren’t my fav and looked a bit sloppy while still paying and tipping .

Once I left and saw my nails in the sun light they were worse than I even originally thought. I called back to ask for a refund and was offered a free mani for another day . I was not interested in returning and asked for a refund which the lady on the phone said she could not do .I obviously...

What a wonderful experience at this establishment. The space is so beautifully done, it allows you to relax just off the aesthetics and the great music selection. The staff are so friendly I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, Maria and Ana. Upon arrival I wasn’t sure if I was parking in the appropriate space, so I gave a quick call and Alex was kind enough to meet me around back to assure me I was in a good spot. Maria gave me the most relaxing and meticulous pedicure that I didn’t want to end! And finally the grand finale was Ana who gave me the most beautiful manicure based on a few pictures for inspo. The gel manicure came out even more beautiful than I anticipated. Ana is such an artist, I was in awe of her skills and the pride she takes in her work and the quality products she uses. Needless to say, I can’t wait to come back and get pampered in a space that makes you feel welcomed and valued...
