MANAGEMENT, TAKE ACTION ELSE INEVITABLE FACE A LOSS OF BUSINESS AND/OR POTENTIAL LEGAL ACTION.
Korean girl working in pharmacy needs to go. How dare she raise her voice and present that toxic attitude when i had simply and kindly said "excuse me." Considering the fact that her customers are medical patients who require treatment, she is a liability to have in the work space. (If i do not sue for incurred pain and damages due to my experience, someone else inevitably will)
I've never seen anyone in a service position, especially in the medical field, treat patients so poorly. After beginning a conversation herself, she responded to my "excuse me" with a snarky, bratty "I'M EATING!" as she proceeded to ignore me. Her attitude only worsened as she seems incredibly stressed and unhappy with her job.
At the very least she could have directed me to someone who could help or even asked if my needs were urgent-- they were incredibly urgent. All I wanted to ask was if it's ok to drop off my script so I can wait outside and I would have gladly accepted a simple "no," which would have sufficed.
Just because someone is willing to put up with the rote memorization in pharma school, doesn't mean they're cut out for the job. This is my last visit to this pharmacy which i had only been visiting due to convenience... and I will instruct everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague until this korean girl pharmacist is terminated.
Common etiquette and human decency should be ubiquitous, especially in this profession. Shame on the pharmacist and anyone involved in her...

I wasted $18 when she should have not even charged me due to my discontent with the pic. I went to Walgreens around 9 pm and a very nice and skilled lady went above an beyond to print the passport picture I resorted to take using a passport photo app with my I phone. I ended up paying the same amount as they would have taken the pics but the quality was way much better. Read moreCVS makes it really difficult to get the pharmacy on the phone, I essentially have to lie that I’m a healthcare provider or doctor to get them to put me through to the pharmacy. When dealing with prescriptions sending me through a chat bot down never ending menus is probably the stupidest thing one could do. I tried telling the robot operator and then it just hung up on me. I’ll be switching from CVS to my local pharmacy (Aspire). It’s better to support local small businesses anyway, glad CVS terrible customer service policy has pushed me to make the right call.
