MurMaid Mattress — Attraction in Fort Oglethorpe

Lady was nice, but when we asked her specifically about a full size mattress. She gave me the price for the one on the floor in front of her desk and the rest where in back not available right now or something of that. Then, when I asked her about other models in the shop she refused to show or give a price for them. She stated that was the only one they carry in store, She seemed as tho getting up out of her seat wasn't an option. She asked, "so what do you want to do?" I was in a pinch (family coming in from mid-USA tonight) which she knew. So we said I guess we have no other options, so we'll take it. Then as she was taking my info and making the bill she says, "O' by the way the actual price is $40 more than what she first told me." I was like, ok?!, I still have to get it. Then, she states, "your ok with hauling it out of shop by yourself right, I don't have anyone here right now to help with that." I said sure whatever. Not like I have a choice in the matter. As for my family and everyone I can possibly let know about Murmaid mattress, will never go back to them or purchase from them again. Lady was nice and the mattress is a mattress and it was the only full size one I could find in the area is the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars. Sara Hall is a wonderful sales rep for your company. I came in search of a new cool gel firm mattress. She explained the many differences in the each bed I looked at and laid on and rolled about. I am going to have heart surgery and require a firm bed but may need a soft layer after the surgery kind of deal. I laid on your many choices and basically found the difference of like and dislikes. Your mattresses are made in Cleveland. I prefer an American made product. I think money should be kept in America for the many dedicated workers. My half sister was once a quality control clerk for your company that made the foam patent. She almost moved here to be in your company but began her own business. Sara has great knowledge of her products that you sell. She also knew of my former salesman in Chattanooga (Jeremy Whitt) I used for the last mattress set I purchased. I hope to be totally pleased with my purchase when it arrives. Hopefully, this will be another win win of a situation and another happy sleep story for me as well as Murmaid and Sara. We had been shopping around for a mattress when we entered the Murmaid Mattress Sara Hall met us with a big smile. It only got better from there she showed us and had us lay on every mattress that fit our needs explaining all the specs on each one. Sarah is very knowledgeable and helpful, but the thing that stood out the most was her personality. I just feel in love, ( not romantically) I’m old and a woman so I guess you would say maybe adopt her how’s that.
