Swig — Attraction in Fort Oglethorpe

I have to admit that I was skeptical about Swig. With all the hype about it from a certain streaming show, I honestly figured Swig would fizzle out; so I really was not expecting to be wowed by how great Swig actually is. My daughter was excited to go to Swig when it opened so when she dragged me with her I reluctantly ordered a blended All Star Reviver- and let me be completely honest here - it was amazing! It was my idea of what I would describe as a perfect blended beverage and the fact that it has actual fruit in it … big bonus!! Since my initial visit I have ordered the blended (meaning slushie consistency) Weekender, Polar Punch, Flirty Flaming and Surf’s Up. My definite go to now is Surf’s Up- I like it the best because I am not really a soft drink fan and this drink uses lemonade rather than a soft drink. I also appreciate that I can substitute ingredients with others to create my own perfect drink. I actually substitute the fresh orange for pineapple from my Surf’s Up since I get it blended rather than just on ice. My son (who really was skeptical of drinking a “girlie” drink) was a real fan of the Shark Attack (comes with a cute little gummie shark as well) and we both thought the pretzels were on point. The cookies are great as well but considering the amount of sugar I am already consuming here I have only ordered the pretzels and cookies one time. Speaking of sugar, they do have no sugar options and Refreshers which are carbonated water based drinks. Definitely would recommend this Swig to anyone in the area and as a confession I went to Orlando recently and found myself checking to see if a Swig would be close by before we even left! Haha I guess I am true...

We come here quite a bit and love it but most of the girlies who work here are hateful and just like to stand around and gossip and treat their other coworkers weird. I guess that’s what you’ll have when teenagers work together but it’s just annoying. Management needs to do better at controlling this for the sake of the success of this establishment. We will be going to the Hixson location from now on. Update: Gave it one more chance and this place flat out sucks. Rude and got our drinks wrong over and over. Just ended up leaving with what we had because after waiting 2-3 separate times, it’s not even worth it. The staff is rude as hell, no leadership and no direction. I like swig, every time I get a drink... it's good. But these workers don't know what they are doing and I can just tell the management is bad. Like I understand it's busy but the last time I went in, it SET ME OFF. So the line was a decent length long so I went inside. They took my order and I had ordered only one drink, a 24 ounce dirty soda. I'm sitting there waiting being patient and these families come in ordering multiple drinks that are bigger than mine and BLENDED. The manager that I met the first time I ever went in there, Felicia, was out there handing drinks to a family she knew personally, as my drink marinated behind the counter. Finally, I went up there and had to ask them for it....
