10/19/2024 Today I went and got a pizza with bread sticks and dipping sauce. Now they are filling the cups with sauce even less than usual. Typically it is always about 3/4 full with sauce. I asked about it after another customer got one with more than mine. The girl behind the counter responds saying that is what the manager is having them do now. She then reaches in to the refrigerator and shows me another thinking that is suppose to make it ok that he is doing this to his customers. Quite the opposite actually. I told her that it is pathetic and she apologized. I told her we should get our money's worth. Places are wanting more money for less quantity or quality than they were originally offering and WE ALL are getting tired of it. Apologizes are only effective when the problem is corrected. Until then, the apology is empty. I understand you all are trained to do as your told but that is beside the point.
10/26/2024 New Update: I sent a complaint to corporate. Jay Merciers, RGM, reached out explaining that 3 oz. has always been their standard and not anymore for the crazy sauce and that I am not the only one who has complained. That previous management that was over this particular location is no longer there. He stated that they were always coming up short on their stock count. He also offered a free crazy bread and sauce for the misunderstanding. Though we don't agree with the 3 oz. limit, we feel it should be a little more, we can respect his honesty and trying to make it right. Thank you for doing so and the feedback so I could update this and be honest. I will raise the star...
Read moreMy most recent visit (9/18) was terrible.
Admittedly it was dinner time (5-6pm) and to his credit the employee who took my order apologized for what follows.
After taking my order, Mason (if I recall correctly) left the register for whatever reason.
The male and female employees who the began to take orders thereafter paid no attention to the orders that had already been placed.
Instead they proceeded to see if the item their immediate customer had ordered was available and if so provide it to them.
I was waiting on an Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza.
The other items I ordered (cheesy bread & a cheese pizza) where ready, and I was told it would be just a few minutes, on the other item.
I lost count of how many times a customer was given Cheesy bread, a Cheese pizza or an Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza.
Due to the negligence of the replacement cashiers, my order (or other parts thereof) where given away to customers who came in after me.
After 15 minutes I finally got all my items and left.
There was an elderly gentleman who had ordered before me who was still waiting for his order after I left.
The management needs to be more involved (especially at peak times) or reinforce the importance of checking if a pending order is waiting on an item before giving it away to another customer.
In future I will either order from a different location or another option (i.e. Pizza Hut,...
Read moreEver since a new manager took over about a year ago, this location went down the crapper almost immediately. I used to come in here religiously. Occasionally you might have to wait, but most of the time things were ready. I keep coming back every couple of months to see if it’s improved, but every single time, the parking lot and lobby are full of people waiting for 30+ minutes for things on the hot n’ ready menu. I went in last week and the warmers were completely empty except for ONE crazy bread. I was told 30 minutes for cheese bread and “sorry, you have to order ahead.” If you want your franchise to be like every other pizza chain, fine, but get rid of the hot n’ ready menu because at this point it’s just for decoration. I suspect they think they’re saving money by having less food waste, but eventually you’re going to lose the revenue with lost customers. This was my last try, I’m done.
Update: I see where people that leave a low star rating but no review are getting responses, but people who give a detailed bad review get nothing. That tells me that they just want to make sure it’s not a fake bad review but don’t actually plan to...
