12/27 - They made my purchase super easy, been dealing with a back issue and their split king was awesome. Highly recommended!

Update 12/28: Initially, I gave a 5-star review; however, after delivery, I discovered the bed was not the correct model. This is incredibly frustrating as I have back surgery scheduled in a week and was relying on having the proper adjustable model for my recovery. I spoke with the owner, who confirmed they could have the replacement in 10-14 days, but that overlaps with my recovery period, and I absolutely need the correct bed before then. They did offer a $150 discount on the floor model, but I’m unsure how beds are cleaned, so that’s a no-go for me. If they manage to resolve this issue promptly, I will consider updating my review, but this kink in the chain is not good.

After many phone conversations and texts, I ultimately had to compromise on the bed choice because the company could not deliver the split-top king we wanted in time. I REALLLY WANTED my adjustable split top king, my wife and I initially hoped for a split-top king, but with it being shipped from California I couldn't risk it. To ensure I had a bed that would accommodate my needs after my procedure, we decided on two twin XL mattresses with an adjustable base instead. Josh Reed (the owner) was considerate throughout the process and worked hard to address my concerns. We had an excellent experience with Furniture Direct, and Joshua was a big part of why it was so great. From the moment we walked in, he never came across as pushy or like a stereotypical salesperson. Instead, he was personable, witty, and professional, which made the whole process enjoyable.

The furniture itself is top-notch in both quality and price. We visited several other stores, including Ashley, Rooms To Go, and Furniture Outlet, to compare prices and quality. After all that, we still ended up buying our sectional at Furniture Direct because their prices and quality simply couldn’t be beaten.

What truly stood out was Joshua’s ability to connect with us. Whether he’s a master of psychological charm or simply a genuinely great guy with a talent for selling furniture, I can’t say for certain—but either way, he won us over! Moreover, supporting a local business like Josh’s is truly rewarding, as it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in standing behind his work.

I initially learned about Furniture Direct through FB. I saw ppl posting questions to the owners about their inventory and pricing. What caught my attention was that each question was answered personally and thoroughly by the owners themselves. We were shopping for a king sz mattress and decided to stop in to see them based on the communication I'd read on FB. Kristy and Josh are outstanding!! They were very attentive to our needs, and went over and above answering any questions we may have had. We ended up buying a Sealy Cool Phase Hybrid Mattress - Sapphire, and LOVE it!!! Story not over....we'd also been contemplating purchasing new LR furniture. So, where did we go? Back to see Josh and Kristy! We ended up purchasing a loveseat and sofa as seen in the picture. They were able to deliver same day. Another added bonus during delivery was meeting their nephew Seth who brought it out to us.
