Good quality clothing as well as home furnishings and decor products. Also a small selection of electronics, fitness, and other miscellaneous merchandise. The majority of products are either labeled *irregular" from manufacturer or closeout and clearance items that other retailers salvaged. The price tag shows a "compare at" price then the Ross price. The "compare at" price is supposed to be a legitimate price point that the original retailer sold it for. SUPPOSED to be.... Most are over the top exaggerations and the Ross price is more along original pricing from other stores. If you check your selection closely before purchase you may see imperfections barely noticeable but failed the manufacturer quality control. Be aware and you shouldn't have problems. Most of the staff will not give you time of day and lines are long to check out but you may get lucky and encounter a passionate employee that cares about the customer and is happy to help. Good luck.
update: Pricing is still as I mention in my original review, so don't be fooled. the store is very disorganized, although, it appears as though they are trying to return the store to some sort of normalcy. there were several employees working diligently to restock the aisles and clean up the mess made by shoppers. like most other retail businesses that offer low paying positions, they are in...
Read moreI usually just go into Ross and find something and leave back out. The other day I went to return a backpack. I didn't have the receipt and somehow there wasn't a tag on the backpack. Originally they were polite about it and I said okay and said it wasn't a big deal. The backpack was no more than $17. I left went to my car and said let me look for it and I found it. Went back in to do my transaction. As the cashier was taking care of me, Loss Prevention came. As the cashier went to put the backpack up, Loss Prevention grabbed receipt asking her was that the receipt. She examined the receipt as of I stole the receipt or something. She then went to say a certain person wanted her to check it. I stared at the Loss Prevention lady because I couldn't understand why she would stand next to me and do that like I couldnt hear nor see. I got my refund and spent $75 and left. Poor customer service, be glad I'm not a reactor because that was insulting. $17 isn't worth it! You could've just asked me and I would've explained I found my receipt...
Read moreToday I took my daughter shopping at this Ross store. All I can say is I was freaking shocked at how bad this store is kept. I have never in my life seen so much merchandise just tossed on the floors and kicked up and piled up under the clothes racks. Every part of the store was in complete disarray. Merchandise was just piled and thrown around and dropped everywhere. It was absolutely unbelievable. All I know is if I worked for upper management for Ross and I walked into a store that was this bad I would immediately fire all the managers and hire someone who can at least keep the store neat and tidy. I swear I am still shaking my head at what I saw today. I just wish I would have taken photos and video of what I witnessed. I will never step foot in that Ross ever again. It...
