Best Buy! What’s not to love about them?! We mostly buy from them Apple watches, Apple cell phone cases, cords, USB port plugs, chargers both wireless & corded & for the car, as well as other miscellaneous items needed for our phones, iPads, PC, laptops, TV streaming devices, video cameras & camera equipment, speakers of all types, we’ve used the Geek Squad service many times, & their customer service counter which was awesome (all but once & we’ve been there a lot to say the least). However in using the Best Buy app & talking to Customer Service they didn’t resolve, or make it any easier to get our ‘lost’ points we had accumulated back to us to utilize. It should’ve been a lot of points too, which that part I’m not happy about. Why have those cards or offer them if they don’t really do anything to benefit us; the customer. Have you been lately? The Hallmark has changed names with very High Quality soaps lotions socks and tumblers.. as well as the high quality stationary and home decor you come to expect. Also the service is knowledge and top notice.. with care and quality in the wraping up of purchased goods . Also deals are many.. staff is kind.. courteous and knowlable. Office Depot is also next to shoe Carnaville.. near by. They seem to both have way more quality options then other stores. Don't forget the best deals are always at TJMax.. I always stop in.. The whole shopping center is really just a busy place wether your grabbing some coffee at Starbuks something to eat at McDonald's or grabbing some ice cream. If your not interested in heading into the mall across the street and dealing with stubborn people for hours on end and want to get just about the same shopping done in a lot less cramped space and more freedom of movement and not to forget about the ocassinaly sales rep trying to shove some new phone in your hand or a new watch I would much rather go across the street where I can easily get the things I need done quickly and efficiently.
