Been here a handful of times over the last 2 mths. Service is hit and miss, depending on how busy they are- seem to stretch their servers pretty thin, but the servers have always been SUPER nice and work well together! Pho, bun, hu, and com are always absolutely delicious. A little skimpy on the veg, compared to other pho shops, but they do offer extra veg for an extra price. Sesame wings are to die for, when they are crispy they are some of the best wings in fort wayne. 2 phos, 2 lime juices, and 6 wings typically runs around $68 before tip, which is a little steep compared to other local establishments, but the quality is great, and they are mostly consistent (lime juice tastes different every time, but always delicious, $4.50). One thing that is a little low is they serve their lime juice in flimsy plastic to-go cups for dine-in and they're takeout containers for the soup after dining in are large foam drink cups -they don't fare well for a long drive home....and don't accidentally squeeze them! They have lots of vegetarian...
Read moreNever been here before so I ordered take out. The pho ga was very good! Big portions. My family didn't care for it. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the spring rolls. Again, no clue about their menu just knew they had pho. So when I made my order over the phone I asked if they had spring rolls and how many came in an order. She told me yes and 2 per order. so I ordered 2 orders of spring rolls. I'm thinking they are fried spring rolls. I didn't know they are cold, wrapped in rice paper with shrimp in them. Im highly allergic to shrimp. Had i known I wouldn't have ordered. Didn't know this until I got home. Im so sad, I was really looking forward to eating them. I wasted 14.00 because I wasn't informed about there being shrimp in them. Probably my fault, I should have asked. Anyways, I may go back i may not. Nice people,...
Read moreLove everything about this place! I’ve eaten pho at dozens of restaurants all over the US, Pho Indy has been the best yet! Pho Indy is a true hidden gem. Don’t be mislead by the location. I ordered the pork spring rolls to start, the fried egg roll added a delicious crunch & I was very pleased with the quality of freshness. The pho broth was hot, perfectly seasoned, and clean. There is a perfect noodle to broth ratio. I was given a good proportion of quality meat and the amount of basil, jalapeño, lime, and sprouts was plenty. The restaurant itself is very clean, has great service, and serves some alcoholic drinks. I always order an avocado smoothie with boba at pho shops & the smoothie at Pho Indy is my favorite. I wish I lived closer. I know I’ll be making more trips to Fort Wayne just for this place....
