I would leave negative stars if possible. Acceptance now is a SCAM! We bought a stand alone fridge from stucky Brothers and finally decided to also do that matching stand alone freezer. We found it at ABC warehouse, we were approved for acceptance now that's inside ABC. We did that bc our house flooded and we had already paid cash for the fridge so we wanted to make sure we didn't overspend before we did the rest of the work to our house.. We got the freezer in July. The payments were almost $200 every 2 weeks. We were told that the first 90 days would be interest free. Fast forward to February we call to get a pay off balance and they say $2900!?!?! Our starting balance was $3700...so you're telling me that we paid interest free for 90 days and almost 5 months additional and we only had paid $800....where did our other $2000 go??? I called and they just kept giving me the run around. Telling me the lady who signed us up must have informed us wrong and she no longer works there, but is the manager at bobs furniture...yikes š³ I told them they should honor the interest free for 90 days and they refuse to do anything about the situation. Just keep saying she's not the one who signed us up and that's not how she explains it to people. Anything for a sale. It's disgusting they do this to people. I would avoid at all cost! I can't believe companies even allow a place like acceptance now in their business. Now let me tell you about the delivery differences between Stucky and ABC warehouse. Stuckys came during their scheduled time frame, we're friendly and we're very careful taking our old broken fridge out and bringing the new one in. Plus they set it up, cleaned all of the packaging up etc. ABC warehouse on the other hand was very late and never called to mention they were running super far behind. They bring it in almost dropping it off the truck and then smash into multiple doorways on the way to the kitchen. Then they just leave. Don't level it, set it up, take any of the packaging...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreABC used to be pretty awesome, but not anymore. My son went in to pick a new couch out on November 5th. We donāt have a truck, so he opted for delivery. They only deliver on Tuesdays. Canāt even remember why, but we were told it would be delivered a week from the upcoming Tuesday. It was a bit of a wait, but we figured it wasnāt too bad. Since my son works, my husband and I sat and waited most of the day that Tuesday. We had given them my number to call when they were on their way. Finally we called to see if they had an idea of when they would be there, and were informed when they got the couch in, it was damaged and they were going to have to reorder it! No phone call at all on their end that this had happened and that no one needed to be waiting. Since we were entering the week of Thanksgiving, I inquired about when it would arrive to them so maybe we could arrange for a family member to help pick it up. I was told they would call us the next morning and let us know. Again, NO CALL. My son called again today to check on it and was told they donāt know when they will have it. He told them he wants to cancel the whole thing, and the man told him he would check into it and call him āright back.ā Guess who still hasnāt called? Ā Ā Ā Read moreEDIT: ABC warehouse attempted to get me to have my items delivered next day when I ordered them but I had to work. I cancelled shifts to have them delivered today which was scheduled out the day I ordered them. I called the warehouse yesterday to make sure I had everything I needed and was told yes. Delivery driver called me this morning at 745 and told me he could drop off my washer and dryer but wouldnāt be doing install because they didnāt have my pedestals. Unacceptable. I canāt have a random washer and dryer sitting in my laundry room unusable. Iām not giving up my old ones if I donāt have my new working set. They wonāt deliver later and said Iād have to reschedule my delivery. I paid, Iāve taken the day off, Iāve lost money, Iāve cancelled appointments to make this happen today. I also moved my whole house around so they wouldnāt have any issues getting things inside where they need to go. At this point they can reverse the charge on my card. Iām good. And of course they donāt open until 10am. Smh.
