I came in here as a secret shopper the bin I brought in was filled with all brand new items including lots of brand new American eagle jeans silver jeans my bin was a special bin designed to test this business!!Not a good place to sell at don't waste your time they take 10 min to go through clothes and might pick 3 items at the most I made 10 here.I made over a hundred in Goshen .As far as shopping this store is bare.Why? Be sure they don't buy anything!!ooops one thing left out of our review was not only did they go through this bin in mere seconds but it was all thrown back in the bin very sloppy!!we came in this store as secret shoppers to prove your bad reviews wrong unfortunately in this store we proved them right!!! suggestion!!Better Management!!Get employees that care more about the customers less about getting out on time!!It would double your profit!!I truly find your inventory hard to believe and no it was fort wayne.Theres one more issue that truly saddens us several of our items are also missing our person just inventoried our bin this afternoon we are missing several items we have several pair of young mens athletic wear one pair of brand new Reebok sweats black in color and one pair of brand new Adidas that are missing.we truly have no reason what so ever to lie about our reviews on any issues and we wish you the best at your establishment we come in as secret shoppers to boost your business not cut you down but we truly are honest.And im sorry but someone working for you is taking what is not...

I’d always loved going here to sell and shop but today I experience something I hope it’s not a trend but it’s definitely my last day coming here. Even though Amanda and Sabrina have always been too notch, engaging customer driven people but this left a nasty taste in my month. So I brought items from last week back today to try to sell and added some new items. The same buyer from last week decided to look at my items again (probably didn’t even go through them actually after realising I brought them in recently before) but different buyers have different opinions or styles or might like or notice different things—maybe flaws, trendy/vintage details, or unique styles, so that’s why I bring things back that eventually will get sold there. I actually brought in a couple of weeks ago a brand-new cross coloured sweater with tags on it and she didn’t buy it however I brought that back and it was bought. Why?? Because different buyers again have different perspective and buying techniques. If she know that she, the short Lady with glasses that look like Charlie Brown, if she know that she just went through my stuff and bought absolutely nothing why would she go through it again and not let another buyer who was there give it a go on options or why would they let her not appoint someone else to go through the items that she previously bypassed because she sees familiar items?? I think this should be implemented moving forward which can help avoid bias...

Today I decided to drop off some items. When I dropped them off, I had talked to the female employee with short, red hair with a bunch of tattoos (I apologize as I do not know her name). She wasn’t very kind to me and was very short and acted annoyed at the amount of things I brought in. When I came to pick my items up, I talked to a really sweet girl with medium length brown hair (I also don’t know her name, so I apologize)- she was lovely. As I was waiting to get my money, the girl with red hair that I dealt with when dropping off my clothes was “helping” another person because that customer seemed a little confused. When that customer walked away, the girl with short red hair said pretty loudly to her coworkers “Jesus Christ” and then rolled her eyes. It’s not something you want your other customers to see like I did. I didn’t like my experience with her when dropping off my clothes and I definitely didn’t like what I saw when picking up. I’ve worked in retail and understand being frustrated, but you don’t let your other customers see or hear that. Very rude and...
