Pros: A good place to start your fitness journey Easy for all ages Water dispenser Waitlist available Good music
Cons: I always had difficulty getting people on the phone. Because it's independent, you must call your studio.
You will need a new account for any other club pilates studio you visit.
Legs straps were occasionally uneven. Get in a little early to check your straps and fix them. The instructor are available to help.
No-show or canceling fee. You have to cancel more then 12 hours in advance.
Cancelling is a slight headache. You can only cancel via the email form link more than a month before your last payment, and after they collect that payment, they will honor their form. (I know there are laws to make gym cancellations easier that took into effect this year)
Your equipment is as clean as the effort of the last person who used it. I had a smelly mat once. After class, everyone is expected to wipe everything down in their station. Obviously, you're going to have people who won't put in the effort, and you don't really know what's in the spray bottle nor do you know the spray bottle recommended instructions to clean.
Overall Feedback It is a lovely, fun place to work out and start your fitness journey. Time slots at this studio are limited and competitive for certain classes. You'll find your favorite instructor in no time. They're fun and have good energy. I would recommend this place. Will try it again in the future. It's a tad bit pricey, and I wish it was easier to use...
Read moreI had been hesitant for years to check out this studio. The thought of taking a Pilates class felt intimidating — but I finally took a leap of faith and tried the intro class. I’m so glad I did. Honestly, it’s the best decision I’ve made all year for myself, and my only regret is not starting sooner.
The staff at Club Pilates on West 7th made me feel incredibly welcome. Morgan and Avery were so helpful during the sign-up process — friendly, informative, and totally transparent about the membership options. No pressure, no hidden agendas, just real support.
I’ve now completed three classes with Instructor Nancy, and she’s phenomenal. She’s patient, thorough, and has such a warm, encouraging energy. I originally signed up for the 4-classes-a-month plan… and I’m already looking to upgrade!
I get it now — I see why people love Pilates. This studio has completely exceeded my expectations. If you’re on the fence, take the leap. You won’t...
Read moreI was a Pilates newbie when I first came to Club Pilates West 7th several months ago and have been hooked ever since. The instructors are knowledgeable and always meet you where you’re at in your journey, adapting the movements to work for you and pushing you when they think you’re ready to advance and try something new. Small class sizes mean attention is paid to each participant which ensures we are moving effectively and safely, and maximizing our use of class time. Everyone is friendly, the studio is always spotless. Pilates has changed both my body and my outlook on fitness. If you’re thinking of trying Pilates, DO IT - and do it at Club Pilates. I have tried other studios and styles of Pilates but none have made me feel as confident and rejuvenated as Club...
