Would never recommend hosting a party here. Just to visit would be fine. The overall concept is great and the kiddos loved both the kids park and arcade area, but the staff is not helpful in any capacity when it comes to hosting a party. Every child’s party I’ve ever been to there has been a designated person (or two) that assist with set up and clean up of the party. Just helping to run the party in general and keep everyone on track. If that’s not something they normally do that should have been stated somewhere. Never received a confirmation email with any kind of instructions (would have been nice to know ahead of time that there was a back entrance you could use instead of traipsing through the mall looking for an elevator to get down to them while party supplies and kiddo is in tow). Also, good luck getting anyone to respond to emails let alone answer the phone. When we got there a guy showed us to the room then immediately left (while I was in the middle of asking a question mind you) nobody showed up until my parents had to go ask how we get the arcade cards and I’m already halfway through getting the place set up. Once those were obtained it was again crickets. Nobody checked up on us until our time was almost up then they came in to remind us it was time to settle up the bill and leave. I mentioned that nobody had been around and they just said “well every time we looked/came by you were busy”. Of course I was busy! I was hosting the party by my damn self! Might as well have just had the party...
Read moreA total waste of money. This was our first time here and we were excited to have found a place near us that offered open play. The young man working the front desk was rude and didn’t offer any help in explaining how it worked. We payed for both the 10 dollar credit and the open play. Almost all of the machines were out of service and most of the riding games look liked they haven’t been wiped down in a while. I payed for the claw machines and needed help with the coin dispenser. The young man had what looked like a worker on his day off help me, who was also rude, and left a woman in a wheel chair waiting for him to let her out. We looked over at the play area, nothing was in its place and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept, which is weird because you have to take your shoes off to play. We left shortly after and the front desk worker payed no attention to his surroundings and was talking to another young lady that looked like a worker on her day off. This could be a great place if it had a better cleaning system and attentive employees.Truly a disappointment and will not recommend this...
Read moreSo it's a cool little playground and arcade place for children, but my issues are with the toddler playground area. The set up in the back, where the slide and balls are is honestly dangerous. It would be ok if it we're an actual ball pit, but it's a weird set up. It's not easy for children or adults to move around in there without slipping. I'm not the first reviewer to mention that.
My other issue is the pricing because they charge for adults to just go in and watch the kids. The adults can't really partake in any of the activities on the toddler side. All we really do is stand around, walk, or sit down and watch the kids play. The toddler side is not amusement for the whole family lol.
I know it doesn't matter, but I won't be back because one day I went I was charged $2.50, another day I was charged $10.00, another day I was charged $12.50. I understand charging customers for the kids to go in and for the socks, but adults shouldn't be charged. It sucks because my older children actually enjoy the arcade like most older kids do, but I won't be back because of how the toddler...
