MUST READ FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE! BEWARE and GO ELSEWHERE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Made an appointment for 2 Dip powder sets in advance. When we arrived we were greeted friendly and sat where we were told to sit. We were given 3 books to select a color. CODY approached me without introducing himself to me and asked me if I knew which color I wanted. Luckily I had already selected a color. Then CODY asked to see my natural nails and he just stared at them and made like a grunting sound and then walked away. When he returned he started to work on my nails. He aggressively grabbed my hand and without care he started to file down my nails to prep for the dip powder. CODY continued to file my cuticles to where it was feeling uncomfortable. CODY also did not like how I had my arm positioned so he pushed my arm down aggressively to get it how he wanted it. He proceeded to apply the dip powder. Then he shoved my hand back to me and asked me if I liked the color. At this point I knew that something was going on with his attitude. I asked him if he thought that they looked good and he didn't say anything and grabbed my hand and continued to work. He started to file with the electric nail drill and cut me twice and that is when I decided to call the manager. Manager came and I explained that I didn't want any problems I just wanted someone to do my nails. I explained to her about CODY's attitude and she responded with "There probably wasn't a good connection and that they have a lot of appointments." How can I have a good connection with a nail tech who didn't even introduce themselves and made a grunting noise when he saw my natural nail. Really I just wanted someone to do my nails what kind of connection does there need to be?! Also, don't over book your staff if they are going to have an attitude. Anyways THE HIGHLIGHT: Kimmie came and made my nails and visit here better. Kimmie saw what CODY had done to my nails and apologized. I'm not recommending this place to anyone. It's such a shame to have a nail salon with bad customer service in such a nice area. Not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried this salon 4 times and 3/4 time were bad experiences. The only good experience was because the nail tech Christy spoke up about how bad my nails were done the first time and they ended up giving me a huge discount. My first experience my nails lifted and a few popped off after a week. The second time Christy did them v well! My third experience was a different person and same thing. They didnāt last. I really wanted to like this place, because itās in such a great area⦠so I tried again. I went in yesterday and waited over 30 minutes. They did not let me know it was going to be that long. So I made an appointment to come back a different day. This time the nail tech did a good job, but it took a very long time for them to paint the tips. The French tips are already $10 extra which is normal, but they charged me another $10 because I wanted more of a curve on my French tips rather than the tips being a straight line. This isnāt the first time theyāve added on ridiculous charges. $20 extra for French tips is absurd. I always get this shape when I do French tips and Iāve never been charged that much for them. They also didnāt tell me that until it was time to pay. Itās honestly very upsetting and feels scammy. Their business is in a great area, but the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give this salon 0 stars. DONāT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. This is a $40 pedicure. Regular polish. Ridiculous. The service here is horrible. I came in and asked for a mani - pedi , both gel. The front desk lady sat me down in one of the spa chairs and I waited for about a half hour until someone came and started on my pedicure. She was all done with cleaning and was about to start on the polish, still no one came for my manicure. I told her I wonāt do gel anymore on my pedicure since itās gonna take such a long time for everything to be done.(I was still waiting on someone to come for my manicure) after my pedicure was finished the manager/front desk lady came up to tell me that there are no technicians available for manicure and if I still want it? I said no, I left with just the regular pedicure, which was $40.. meanwhile, while I was getting my pedicure 3 ladies walked in and got technicians immediately. And there were plenty staff. They rather have you sit down and wait for hours then to let you know in the beginning that itās gonna take a while. please take a look at the photo of the pedicure. I will never return to this place....
