The store is ok. Overpriced, but I expected that since they are the only store of its kind (that I am aware of) What I did not expect is that the two ladies in the store (sadly one was the owner so I've discovered) seemed pissed off and unable to crack a smile. I felt like I was a burden on them with my questions. That is unfortunate because I could have sent a lot of business their way since my folks live in a retirement community and while I was visiting I spoke with several neighbors about my experiences with natural herbs and oils. It was my intention. To visit the store so I could send others in. Not gonna happen. I can't even imagine sending elderly people into such an unfriendly environment. Instead I am working with 16 (and growing) elderly people from Yuma and sending them products all the way from Amarillo, TX where I am purchasing items from my health food store, a place where everyone is always happy...
Read moreThe ladies there have always been super helpful and very knowledgeable. One after noon, I called about 15 until closing. No one answered. I figured they had already left. Low and behold, one of the ladies there called me back and asked me if I needed help with something. I explained what I was looking for and she let me know they did have some in stock. This tells me she was either with a customer or she was in the middle of doing something. Most employees would have let ring and definitely not call you back to see what you needed. Kudos!!!

There was an error on my bill of an overcharge of $7.00 plus tax and the manager was not going to refund the tax I paid until I said it expected it back.
