"Fry's Pharmacy is staffed with caring professionals dedicated to helping people lead healthier lives.” Their first part of their opening line from the corporation itself as to how they operate, it couldn’t more of a joke! At least at this location. Caring professionals dedicated to helping??? Snobbiest most out of line individuals I’ve ever encountered at a place of service especially a healthcare provider every time it’s almost like you’re bothering them by just doing their job, it’s almost dreadful to know I have to go pick up every month. It seems as if each every single one of them does not want a job and is bothered they’re even having to interact with anyone. No smiles, at times even it’s like they want to be confrontational and defensive, as if they know it all and you’re just a nuisance. Speaking to the managing pharmacist goes no where yes nice but seems as if he is so intimidate by his own staff he can’t even apologize for their behavior and change the whole experience for the better. Without failure this place continues to disappoint. Closest to my house but at this point should probably switch and take a longer drive somewhere else. The only reason I'm giving this pharmacy '1 star' is because I get a discount from them (Thanks GOODRX). One of the main jobs is ensuring that you fill your patients' meds and supplies correctly. This is the third time that something got filled incorrectly. I should not have to check my supplies at pick up time because I put my trust in the people that work there to do things correctly. I had an issue with medical supplies, needles. My doctor's prescription specifically states "1.5 inch needles". When I got home, I looked at my needles and realized that they supplied me with only 6 correct sizes and the rest (24 needles) with 1 inch needles. I called the pharmacy and explained that they gave me the wrong needles. The lady on the phone told me "We only fill what the doctor prescribed". So, if they did, how come I have 24 wrong size needles? She had nothing to say and said I could go back and exchange them for the right size. This location is 20 minutes from my house. Gas is expensive right now and obviously makes this mistake even more costly. God forbid you actually needed some sort of life-dependent medication filled and they mess it up. I went to this location today to pick up a medication that was pretty darn expensive to say the least it was well over $100 and a young man I do believe that helped me today on 4/26/2024 at approximately 5:00pm or so was a pharmacist not sure though I did want to put the date and time so if the company is looking this up, they can capture the young man at the register helping me with my prescription. He did everything he absolutely could to help me get a discount with my discount prescription cards looked back-and-forth with both that I have to see which one would be a better price. Well, let me tell you he found it. He got me 70% off of the price just a little over $53 that I spent in the end. I can't ask for any better than that. I definitely will be going here for all my prescriptions now and shopping They had some really good deals on clothes wound up buying a few shirts . I just wanted to put a five star out for customer service at the pharmacy way to go. Great customer service all the way around....
